“Exceptional quality and service! From the moment I walked into Richmond Kitchens, the whole experience was a pleasure. The end result is a beautiful kitchen that’s genuinely beyond what I expected. They use Leicht kitchens, which are absolutely stunning — top quality and fully bespoke to your space. There’s also a huge range of worktops and appliances to choose from, so it really feels tailored to you. Matt’s design was brilliant. He made the most of the space and adapted the plan seamlessly to fit with the building work, including new windows and doors. The installation was on time, done to perfection and any small follow-up bits were sorted quickly and efficiently. I spoke to a few other local suppliers before deciding but it was the quality and level of service that drew me to Richmond Kitchens and they completely delivered.”

“Michael at Northpoint Design provided a fantastic product (Schuller Next 125 range) and service for our kitchen & utility. Through multiple collaborative iterations of design Northpoint were patient, detailed, thoughtful, imaginative and thorough. The installation team were careful and competent and ensured everything was right. The end result is a joy to live with. If you are prepared to work with your kitchen designer to produce a great result that's exactly what you'll get here. True professional.”

“I was so happy with the food! I got the tonkotsu. They had little delicate touches which really added to the lovely experience like extra garlic and a garlic presser as well as hair ties in a jar so that long luscious hair doesn't get muched on. Only thing I'd say is it would be nice for more pork in my tonkotsu”

“What a fantastic experiance! I always thought that the Ivy was a somewhat on the more expensive scale but it was class reasonably priced with delicious food, amazing wine selection and fantastic service! The decor was totally magical even in the toilets! Loved it and highly recommend!”

“An excellent restaurant with brilliant service and great sanitation. We felt looked after and safe the entire evening! Food was one of the best we have had in London. We got the aloo tiki chaat, papdi chat, salmon, shashlik and terichelly prawns for the starter and we were blown away by the authentic flavours. My favourite would have to be the aloo tiki chaat and the prawns. Everything tasted fresh and tender with perfectly balanced flavours. For the main meal, we got the methi gobi, chettinad, butter chicken and dal makhani with rice, naan and paratha; all were superb! There was a range of spice levels and something for everyone in the family, veg and non-veg. The portions were a great size and the presentation of the food and drinks made the evening even better. I am normally quite particular and uncompromising about food but I have never been so impressed. We will definitely revisit many more times in the future.”

“I first discovered Fig when I stumbled upon their shop in Kingston in Dec 2016. I always regretted not buying the beautiful cashmere wrap I had my eye on because it then sold out. I bought another in a different colour, which was (still is!) wonderful, but always wanted the other one! When in the store the assistant explained the company’s ethos and ethical approach, which impressed me and made me want to buy from them. I’ve now purchased no fewer than 4 items, a mixture of in store and online purchases, and have always been impressed with the range, quality, pricing and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend treating yourself to something from Fig - you won’t regret it!”

“Not had fish and chips for years. Looked up where to go as my son requested a bday treat while keeping up his lent restrictions. Our meals were all very good, especially the size and batter on the fish. Was crispy, not wet or stodgy at all. The owner Sam was very friendly, welcoming and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even threw in extra chips and a really lovely fresh salad for free. My mum was fascinated by how clean the shop was too. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others. All over great experience from start to finish!!”

“We came here for dinner via the Fork. Place is close to Richmond station with free parking nearby after 4:30pm. We got the poppadum. We had the pani puri, sheekh kebab and paneer tikka. All were great with a kick to it. For the main we got Lamb saag and chicken curry with naan and rice. The food was quite spicy and flavourful. Bill was around £55 which is reasonable.”

“We were served by Fabiene and Eric at the Richmond store on Saturday and it was possibly the best sales experience we’ve ever experienced, regardless of what we were purchasing. The store room itself was stunning and from the second we arrived we were looked after brilliantly by both Fabiane and Eric. Fabiane was attentive without ever being pushy, and knows so much about the products offered. We felt very comfortable to make our purchase with her support. She also offered a box of toys to keep our two young children entertained (game changer!) and we were served a hot drink within minutes of entering the store. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Raft Richmond to anyone, and infact already have!”

“Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. “It was a stupidly hot late June day and as we were traveling back from Hampton Court Palace, we met a local whose parents also happened to be staying at the same hotel (The Selwyn) as us. We were on the last leg of four straight weeks of international travel and safari…we were EXHAUSTED and wanted a good simple dinner super close to the hotel and The Red Cow was recommended to us. The bartender was awesome, but made my day when he noticed how hot and tired we looked and brought me a pint glass filled to the brim with ice, to go with my fruity cider I was trying. Divine! Small gesture, big impact. Enjoyed a delicious dinner, football match on the tv, and we’d stay here instead of The Selwyn next visit. Also, don’t recall the name of this drink he recommended, but it was perfect at the end of a long, hot day. Thank you!”

“I order delivery as a special treat. The spicy inside out tuna is outstanding, and the soft shell crab is a brilliant addition! Fresh, fresh, fresh fish, the yellow tail melts in the mouth, and the wasabi is very piquant. There is often more fish than rice in a maki, which is very indulgent! It is not cheap, but it is absolute quality. And consistent.”
