They're consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient.”

“Ok, I'll give it a review. It's outstanding....Free parking, coffee shop, toilets, very very helpful staff, more tills than you can point a stick at and 2 assistants on self checkout.....I guess some of you want a kiddies play area ! Only downside is the customers. Can't quite put my finger on it, but ignorant springs to mind. Maybe it's because I'm Scots, but we grew up with manners.... Goes a long way being nice, try it sometime. Maybe if the aisles were a wee bit wider, you could get round with that chip on your shoulder. Have a great day now !”

“I've been to this store a handful of times, sometimes to buy something, sometimes to leave batteries or small electronics. The recycling basket is right at the end of the store and usually there's nobody there. I think the store is a bit short-staffed, you sometimes have to wait a good few minutes if you need help. However, the staff that is there has always been friendly and helpful to me. The store also has a good range of products”

The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. “I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”

“Our fridge freezer failed after a prolonged spell of hot weather, so a replacement had to be found. We shopped around but speed was of the essence. As it turned out the best deal for both product and installation speed was Visions, our local Euronics store. Fiona was able to source a Bosch that fitted our specification and installed it within a couple of days, (weekend included) removing the old one for a reasonable charge. Result -- one happy customer.”

My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription. I was about to go on holiday and one of the prescription items was not in stock - Jean phoned round and got it from another branch so I would have it to take on holiday. A really professional, friendly service which is much appreciated - thank you.”
