“I had a very positive experience at Le Look Image. I was unexpectedly in the area for family reasons and so had to cancel my appointment with my hairdresser at home - but my hair was in bad need of some tlc so I went to Le Look Image. I am extremely pleased that I did! My colour is fantastic - shiny and exactly the right shade for me (I asked for a match to my natural hair colour and got just that, but somehow it looks like a better version of my natural colour!) I am also very pleased with my cut - the gentleman took great care. He didn't do exactly what I asked - but with good reason - he politely explained that with my fine hair it would not look right, but adapted the cut to my hair. It looks really nice, the best cut I've had in years. Next time I need to be in the area I will try to get back to this salon.”

“One of the best places for whole and organic food. Hot buffet, cold salad and customized wraps if you want to have food all day. They have the best of products from all countries esp Olive oils. Amazing collection. I go here atleast once a month if not more.”

“Staff always friendly, Costa coffee machine available, deli counter has some tasty bites. Waitrose has a little bit of everything, chilled meals, sandwiches, biscuits and snacks as well as car maintenance essentials air fresheners to anti freeze.”

“This is an excellent Waitrose with fantastic product selection, especially of higher quality imports. Staff are always friendly here, bakery fresh, easy to get around, clean and good location. I especially like the free coffee with your Waitrose card, and the check out is always very quick.”

“Quiet hostel with decent rooms. The room I stayed in had a twin bunk bed which was good for me since I was traveling alone. I stayed for one night . The downstairs is a bar in the evening. Overall it was a good hostel with a relaxed vibe.”

“Ordered the Thai Salmon Curry, it was good. Before, I ordered several times the noodle, it wasn't as I expected. The staff was nice, and attentive. The ambiance was cozy with really good interior design, comfortable, and not too noisy. Toilets for customers are available (downstairs, and on the first floor, need to use the door code from the receipt).”

“This should be the best Cantonese food in Kingston, and there's no service charge. The Yolois awful and inauthentic; it's ridiculous that it has a 4.9 rating—it must be fake.”

“Trying to find a place where they will explain what your problems are without being pushy to buy the most expensive item on the shelf is quite rare these days. Edgar was professional and yet made me feel relaxed as he went through the various foot issues I am experiencing, leaving me with a complete understanding of what I need to do next. What I really appreciated, was when he suggested that I go home and think about all the information I received. I have already suggested to a few of my friends to rather go to Foot Solutions for an assessment. Thanks Edgar.”

“This Caffè Nero is wide and spacious. It’s not far from the train station. Tucked away in a small alley, you will find this Nero in a quiet corner. It wasn’t so busy on a Sunday morning. The staff were nice and polite.”

“Excellent small coffee bar, in fact two of them , both are inside Richmond station, inside the barriers. Good coffee , sandwiches, snacks and good friendly service. Makes a railway journey on a cold wet day a whole lot better. Bon Voyage.”

“I had an amazing experience at Beauty Marble Arch for the HIFU facial today. The salon provides a top-tier service and they are so knowledgeable about their treatments and the technology behind it. The machines here are state of the art & I cannot wait to come back and try more of the treatments! I can already see the lift in my face and skin which is so exciting. “Alex absolutely SAVED me this weekend. I had my hair done at a different hairdressers and I was so upset with how it turned out. I went to Millers for some desperate help to fix it and Alex was amazing, so attentive and made sure I left happy with my new hair. Can't recommend enough - will definitely be coming back”

“This place is by far the best, and most reasonably priced! Even though they don't seem to advertise pricing it seems consistent and always very reasonable. Last time cost me £32 for gel removal and redo gel manicure, this time I opted for Chrome finish which is an upgrade and today was £39. I've had pedicures here and they usually do combo deals. Friendly staff and comfortable setting. Highly recommend.”

“I love popping into this store. Very easy to scan in using your amazon account. My spouse and I shopped together only using my account with no issues. If you need help, there's a very cheerful staff member prepared to help you right at the entrance. The use of technology to improve the corner store shopping experience is truly fantastic. The store was well-stocked with everything you'd expect to find at a local corner grocery shop - dry goods, snacks, cold drinks, hot food, ready-to-eat meals, fresh produce, dairy, etc. The prices were also extremely fair. You'll find many AmazonFresh labeled items - similar to a store branded item. It's truly a breeze to walk in, pick up what you need and then walk out. We received our receipt, which was accurate, approximately 2 hours later.”

“This is an excellent Sainsbury's, and an excellent supermarket. It's clean, modern, has plenty of product selection, staff are always helpful and it's never that busy in the day. I love how well organised the shelves are, staff do well here, and the store layout is very good and easy. Great location, parking and petrol station. Starbucks and Argos is also a bonus. My favourite place for shopping now in Richmond. Outstanding bakery and bread selection.”

“Rooms are spacious for two! - At no extra cost! Friendliest Staff available on hand! Kitchen is a bit small for people who like cooking a lot. Right next to Kingston Station and Cromwell Bus station, easiest way to access other places from by walking for 30 seconds either side of the exit. Overall a great student accommodation with access to a common room, washer room and a bike storage room for any extra needs!”

“I came to Richmond to visit Kew Gardens and booked an afternoon tea for four here. We had the most lovely and delicious experience. Cakes, quiches, scones, clotted cream, big tea selection, the works. The staff were so nice, helpful, and efficient. It was a beautiful Saturday in September and the place was not too busy. The quality and presentation was better than most afternoon tea spots in London (city center) and at least 1/3 the price… I will be back.”

“Came here with 6 friends of mine post-Twickenham rugby, and the service and food were absolutely amazing. Our waiter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food was delivered quickly. Every one of us had a different dish (from pad thai, to spicy crispy duck, curries, calamari, pork ribs, and more) - every single one was tender and a perfect balance of flavours. I myself got the yellow yellow noodles dish with chicken thighs, and it reminded me a lot of the Chiang Mai/Khao Soi noodles I had when I was in Thailand myself. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”
