From the friendly greetings you receive as soon as you walk in to the staff in the gym who are always on hand to help you; to the lab bar & restaurant which has such a lovely vibe and an even lovelier menu! I had a bit of an issue with my direct debit and the club secretary was so professional and helpful sorting it out for me so quickly. They have recently refurbished the pool area to include an ice bath, new & improved sauna and WOW I always leave feeling so refreshed. What a lovely place”

“I’ve been coming to this nail shop since around ’08 or ’09 which sounds mad but it’s true. I’ve tried other places over the years but I always end up back here. There’s just something about it. Anna runs the place and she runs it well. The vibe is just nice and calm. The shop looks good aesthetically, the seats are hella comfy and cute, it’s just a nice place to be in. I actually enjoy sitting there which is rare for a nail shop. But the main reason I keep coming back is the nails. They actually listen to what you want. The shape is always right, never too thick never too thin just perfect. No rushing, no attitude, just proper service every time. If you’re thinking about going trust me just go. You’ll be sitting there looking around like yeah this is the one.”

I was so happy that I did HIFU for my upper arms also as I had sagging skins, I have recently done the treatment so will let you know the result in 4 weeks’ time. I give 5 stars to this clinic, excellent staff and excellent facilities.”

Reading a couple of the negative reviews I find surprising. There's signs saying pay before your nails get Polish, and if your not happy just say so they can cater to your liking. They are always happy to make adjustments. I would never leave a nail shop unhappy. Give them the chance to fix what you don't like. They are great in here professional, friendly, and I can't rate the pedicures enough. 5 stars... no.... 10 stars yes.”
