Thought was the end for my car but SAS were great, identified the problem and had it fixed at a reasonable cost. Great troubleshooters and even advised on other potential issues in the future which need addressing. Top garage.”

“Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“Possibly the best affordable themed pool in England, almost waterpark size minus the high price. The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”

“Rooms were great. No one on Reception a couple of times when we needed help, key card wouldn't let one of us access our room. Quickly resolved when receptionist appeared. Beefeater next door - we had poor service one evening, very slow service by a sullen, unfriendly even rude waitress. Everyone else was friendly, we were just unlucky. We had a show to get to, we did it by skin of our teeth despite having 1 hour 20 minutes to eat. Had to fetch our own menus at one point to try and hurry things up a bit. Food was good just let down by our waitress.”

“Hi just wanted to say thanks to Zak at the Guildford branch today. We had an issue with a tap purchased via the Farnborough branch in early 2022. A replacement tap under warranty was needed quickly. Zak liaised with the other Howdens branch to ensure this happened. Excellent customer service.”

“Went today for first time in about 10 years. I had chashu ramen which was very tasty, though not very big. I'd certainly come to have it again. Ivo was very efficient and warm. Everthing was clean and well presented.”

“We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Jethin took the time to show us the set up in the car and patiently answered our questions. His communication throughout was excellent and would highly recommend visiting him and the showroom.”

The assistant helped find the right necklace too. The clothes are a pleasure to wear and don’t fall apart after the first wearing. They certainly tell the story of our lives that’s for sure. “Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.”

I am always very impressed with the level of professionalism and care that is shown by the practice. Dr Mina spent extra time ensuring that the end result would be the best it could be, consulting with me all the way through, co-ordinating with the lab and even arranging me to visit personally for the best colour match up. She followed up promptly with any minor concerns and her approach is always one of kindness and care combined with real attention to detail. A special thanks to the reception team for always being so friendly and polite.”
