“A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

It’s minutes away from the train station, rooms are spacious, there’s air con, comfortable bed, good breakfast times, quiet and I left an item behind in the room and they were absolute stars in getting it back to me. Such friendly helpful staff, had a great stay and then helping me afterwards was just the cherry on top!”

“I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Hemel Hempstead, and it was a great experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. I especially appreciated the free breakfast in the morning — it had a nice variety and was a great start to the day. The location is very convenient, close to local shops and restaurants, and there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.”

“Stayed here for 1 night after a day out in London. We arrived at 3pm, and checked in very quickly. They are currently renovating the rooms, but this wasnt reflected upon arrival (high standards etc) We had a free room upgrade to one of their new rooms overlooking the docks. As an IHG member we could of got a late check out but unfortunately we had to be home early. The floor we were on, was very nice and you could tell it had been renovated, it was very appealing. The room itself was very spacious, clean and trendy. The window was like a door and opened wide overlooking the docks, it was really pleasant. Bed was super comfy as were the pillows, the bathroom had an amazing shower and a big mirror. We didn't have an evening meal there but there menu was good and you had the option of room service too. Although close to the nightlife of Camden, the windows were soundproofed from the main hustle and bustle although a bit of noise seeped though... we were provided with ear plugs which was a nice touch (we didn't use them, but I definitely took them home with me!). Slept really well. Had breakfast in the morning which was well attended by staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was good, there was a good selection of foods and drinks to choose from. Check out was smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommend.”

“Really nice hotel and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was great. Only mild concern was the location? It felt quite out of place and the direct route from Whitechapel tube station feels quite dodgy especially at night. Some great food places around the area though.”

“Very nice hotel. Room was spacious,there was ironing equipment in the room. Despite being very close to the airport and train tracks, the rooms are perfectly sound proofed. Aircon is also very efficient and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.”

“We arranged to take the whole of Nyftha House at Brecon. It is difficult to express quite how excellent the staff, accommodation, food and of course the guides were. Being an HF novice, what staggered me was the food. From breakfast through to the huge take-away buffet for lunch to a really great evening meal. The manager,Tiffany and her staff were excellent. In fact everything was. There were 34 of us and everyone was impressed. On behalf of all of us, thank you for going that extra mile to make this such a memorable holiday.”

“We went into a Virgin Holidays travel agent centre today in Bluewater to book our Sept 25 Disney World trip and it was the most lovely experience and I highly recommend! We sat with our lovely agent Chloe and went through every little detail of what we want from the trip, our must haves, and our potentials, and she tailor made a trip perfect for us, that completely matched the cost of what we were looking at for booking separately. Complimentary drinks the whole time, she was able to answer literally every query we had, they had a small kids area where our kids played while we discussed and booked, and it was simply a lovely experience! we’ve never booked through a travel agent before and it was just an incredibly welcoming experience and Chloe was brilliant and so down to earth! I recommend it completely!!”

“The ladies on reception are incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Mika (think that is her name!). Location excellent with the Underground Station next door and several bus routes stop outside. Have stayed here several times and just sorry that it is to close down in June 2026”

“Hotel is in great location, easy to access via public transport. Room was spacious and surprisingly quiet even the room faced busy roads. Every member of staff was kind and accomodating from check in. Breakfast had plenty of options, from cooked meals to cereals. Plus point that they serve coctails as well. It was a great stay. “The front desk was super helpful in getting me a booking in person since I was having trouble booking online. The room was decent for the price. One of the towels was dirty when I arrived but the staff quickly replaced it for me. This location is one block from the tube. Plenty of good food options close by.”

“Would book again. Clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, many options to chose from for breakfast and for me who is a coffee lover I really appreciated the coffee machine they had that provided multiple types of coffee. They location is both good and bad. It's next to the train station which on the one hand is really helpful especially if you're a foreigner like us but there's a bit of noise from the trains, nothing major though, we booked a second night in the end. I'd definitely book again. Parking was limited but isn't a problem if you don't have one”

“So we made a mistake when booking (rather than the 21st to 23rd had booked 20th to 22nd!) and panicked when we arrived about the night that hadnt been booked. The manager put us in the room we had booked and was able to book us into a different room for the following night which we were able to transfer into early in the morning. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is incredible. Special shout out to the pool attendant who let me and my special needs child into the pool close to closing time. We weren't that thrilled with the areas of Guildford we explored, but would return purely for this hotel, fantastic”

“I arrived early to get changed for a wedding and your systems were down but Sarah sorted everything out for me, got me into a room to be able to get changed. She was so helpful. In the morning Claire was on duty and the breakfast was really busy, she sorted me out and was so friendly and helpful. A great experience.”

“Just checked in earlier tonight - here for a week. Love that I can use points to cover a large part of my costs so that this trip is affordable. Rooms: nice room, easy to access internet, TV works well with lots of channel options. Iron and hair dryer included. Plenty of towels. A nice welcome letter as a platinum status card member. Only bad thing is the heat was on and stifling in the room--quickly turned it all off and opened the window to make a comfortable temperature. It really isn't that cold out to have the heat on. Could use a larger suitcase table or a second one for the carry ons we all have. Service: staff super friendly and nice. Big smiles on their faces when I checked in and came down later with questions. Location: it is close to Hammersmith Tube Station. Problem is bad signage - you can't find it! You'll see a big sign a few feet down a side street - it needs an arrow - you need to go down the side street to the hotel otherwise you'll walk right by it like I did. It is on the side street where the Subway--between the Lebanese Organic grocer and Subway.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“Stayed at this Holiday Inn just South of Regents Park near the heart of London for 5 nights at yhe close of August 2025.. It's close to the tube & other forms of public transportation aa well as pubs, restaurants, cafes, museums, etc. etc. The hotel hallways were a bit dated but the rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet had everything except an omelet station. Their coffee machines made any type of hot drink imaginable. I had a couple of cappuccino every morning & they were much better than Starbucks. Their restaurant & bar were open until 11p.m. & room service was almost all day. For the price, this hotel just can't be beat for its location & amenities. Lastly, the staff were always dressed to the nines & incredibly polite & helpful. Book your next stay in London & you'll be glad you did.”

“We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. “I stay here regularly for business, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and apart from the occasional issue with streaming devices to the TV there's never been any issues. Could maybe add some specials to the dinner menu for a bit of variety but that's just being picky........”

“Went to Gravesend for the day and stayed the night here. Was greater kindly and served by Vlada who kindly got us a ground floor room have our Romeo with us (Maltipoo) she recommended a few places to visit while on our stay and very helpful. In the morning had the breakfast that is included in the stay and was welcomed very nicely by Claire who was very friendly too along with all the staff. Overall a lovely place to stay very chilled and wonderful staff”

“Great location. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and found the hotel very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very adequate. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Since I’m handicapped, staff were so helpful by getting me drinks and food. I’d recommend this hotel for price, location and cleanliness.”

“We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our waitress Milana was friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure we were well looked after without being intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to help with recommendations. The food arrived promptly and was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. “After staying at dozens of Holiday Inns in the USA this came as an amazing surprise as the level of service and standards was far far higher than expected. The rooms, although somewhat cozy felt brand new and the bed and pillows were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and extensive and the only thing that detracted from the experience was the fact that there were rampaging, yelling and screaming children running roughshot all throughout the dining and buffet area. Would definitely stay here again, but will bring earplugs now down to the restaurant.”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

“I stayed here for three nights while attending Comic Con a couple of stops away on the tube. Reception staff were nothing but friendly and helpful any time I needed them. They were even happy to keep my bag in a cloakroom while I was at day 1 of the event and checking in quite late after it was over (about 9pm) wasn't an issue. The room was minimal frills, but had a nice spacious bed that was quite comfortable. The shower worked fine, as did the TV, and there's a hairdryer and clothes iron provided if you need it. A bonus point was the nice big window providing a decent view of the skyline nearby. Everything was clean and well kept and my room was cleaned every day while I was out so no complaints there. There is a bar in the lobby that's open from midday until 2am which was good for a nice pint to wind down after a day at the con. There is also breakfast included in the price which is good compared to some hotels that charge extra for it. It's fairly basic standard hotel breakfast stuff but it's certainly not bad for what it is. The bacon in particular was pretty good. Only real issue was that one of the two lifts wasn't working due to maintenance, so the one remaining lift could get quite packed with people, but this was at least warned ahead of time when making the booking. Overall very solid hotel for the price, especially as it's conveniently situated nearby to venues such as the O2 and Excel.”

“The location is wonderful for travel through London. The street is relatively quiet at night, there is a mall across the street, and a tube station only a block away. The room is small, but the space is managed well. My only real complaint is there was no dresser in which to unpack and put my clothes. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay there again!”
