“I don't ordinarily post reviews, but the staff in this store were extraordinarily helpful, to an extent that went beyond normal customer service, and they suggested leaving a positive review would be a good way of expressing my gratitude - hence this post. I needed some bolts and washers to assemble a chair and, due to being pretty hopeless when it comes to DIY, initially bought the wrong product. When I returned to the store with the chair frame, store manager Vishal not only assisted me in buying the correct items but actually helped me assemble the chair in store. I was also refunded for the wrong items I'd bought. This is not a service I really had any right to expect, so wouldn't have been at all put out if Vishal had not been able to assist me, but I was extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent service all round, which I hope will be recognised by the employer (ideally, with good pay, terms, and conditions on an ongoing basis, not just a certificate saying "well done").”

He paused his conversation with his friend the moment I entered the store and paid me the attention I would expect from any store or shop. The service was as efficient as it could be. I visited the shop with the intention of getting some brand new keys cut and left a happy customer with my new keys all in under 4 mins.
