She listened to all of my concerns and even gave me extra advice based on Chinese/ natural medicine. She made me feel very well looked after and the massage helped calm my nerves. “I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”
