They only accept quality properties for our Temporary and Emergency families-only referrals… which their house rules will not be to the likening of people who prefer dirty unlicensed accommodation or hostels, shelters, drug-dens or similar…without judgement, our properties are not for you. I know J&M Oasis have countless testimonials from present and ex -occupants, landlords, and various local authorities whom are very happy with services provided over the years. “This is such a lovely cafe inside the swimming baths. You can grab a drink from an outside area where you just ring a bell and someone very friendly will come and serve you or if you enter the leisure centre you can go inside the cafe... this also has a nice green outdoor area with family benches if you would like to enjoy some nice weather in summer. The food is really nice! They have loads of variety of food and drink. Very suitable for children, with a children menu to. There is some tv screens that usually has something playing if there is an event e.g Wimbledon. They are really nice and will put on a childs programme if you come in with young children. They have a book table with a variety of books for adults and children to read.”

“I have just recently joined the lab and I can honestly say I cannot fault it. From the friendly greetings you receive as soon as you walk in to the staff in the gym who are always on hand to help you; to the lab bar & restaurant which has such a lovely vibe and an even lovelier menu! I had a bit of an issue with my direct debit and the club secretary was so professional and helpful sorting it out for me so quickly. They have recently refurbished the pool area to include an ice bath, new & improved sauna and WOW I always leave feeling so refreshed. What a lovely place”

Tuscany Now and More was gracious with contacts and suggestions to help our vacation experience be full of tours, chef experiences, and local info. The owners Maria and Vittorio were great the whole time we were there. They made great suggestions for places to eat in the area. And they answered all questions quickly. The pool was fantastic, the views amazing, and our stay was comfortable. It was truly a memorable experience, and it's definitely worth a return visiting the future.”

“Would just like to add to this review since I see so many people bad mouthing the front desk staff. It's a tough job interacting with people who lack basic communication skills, how hard is it to start a conversation with "Hey how are you?" Before going off on a rant about something that you could easily resolve yourself if you were able to install Instagram on your phone. Yes, I'm sure they may seem unapproachable at times, I certainly would if I've just had some Karen tell me I'm useless and they're going to speak to HO or leave a complaint about me. So start your interaction off with a positive, smile, ask them how they are, and apologise that you're about to add to their stress. I guarantee that will make all the difference. It's a leisure centre, there are multiple facilities that need managing and the poor, underpaid desk staff might not have the answer to your query immediately available. If you make them feel bad about that, they definitely won't put the extra effort in that you feel entitled to. Just imagine this is your child on the desk, if they came home everyday upset because some 40+ year old Karen told them they're stupid in one way or another you would lose your mind. Do better.”
