“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“This was a lovely country park to visit for a family walk. We visited in February so the paths were a bit muddy, but nothing wellie boots didn't solve! The paths has directed walks to follow and the grounds had lovely views. There was even a giant tree trunk to walk along. There were public toilets that were accessible, which were required for the younger children. A lovely afternoon walk. Would recommend.”

“Superb first class service from Jason the manager at furniture village, Orpington store. Right from discussing what we would like and ideas to his effort and friendliness was above and beyond. We spent a considerable amount of money from a new sofa to dining table to new bed and Jason was there every step of the way, helping and guiding. Couldn’t praise this person enough!”

“A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “The staff in this store are brilliant! Really efficient and friendly. I had a GAIT Analysis done.At no point did I feel pressured to buy, I tried on loads of different trainers and the staff member spent ages explaining what to consider when buying running shoes etc. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and will go back for my next one! great job guys!”

“Very good cafe modern and clean with very good service, large selection of food and drinks. Stuff are fast and welcoming. Everything we ordered was tasty. There is a large selection of breakfasts available, they have a nice small terrace outside. You can park in front and pay. It’s a nice local cafe to visit and enjoy food and drinks. I recommend”

“Our first visit to 5 Guys Orpington. Found the place and with easy free parking right outside. We ate early so the place was a little quiet , however very clean and tidy and happy staff team .Excellent service and fantastic hamburgers . A little at high price end but worth it. Special mention to HARVEY . He talked us through the menu and explained how the place works. Also hamburgers and meals were great . You can definitely notice the difference with this high quality. We would definitely use this restaurant again. Thanks Harvey !”
