Had the need today for a home delivery via deliveroo delivery guy was very pleasant and got everything I ordered packed nicely and all with good dates. Thank you.”

They consistently have the triumvirate of existence: my specific roll on, my particular body lotion, and the correct flavour of toothpaste. Plus, I can order the essentials online and pick them up with zero fuss, which is the definition of peak human evolution. The staff at the till are consistently delightful, friendly, and efficient. They are truly the best of us. They also, without fail, ask me the one question for which I have no good answer: "Do you have a Boots card?" It is a lovely tradition, like a small, polite toll I must pay to leave with my deodorant. Five stars for convenience, but deduct ten points from my non existent loyalty balance for failing the loyalty test every time.”

I switched from the RiteChem next door as they were unable to fill prescriptions at times due to not having on-site or the ability to order. She was the most brilliant person. Not only advising on the appropriate phone but also how to use the phone and even set it up. That goes beyond good CS! She deserves a pat on the back at the very least. I highly recommend Moesha for anything tech. It’s worth noting we ended up in Argos as Vodafone we’re less than helpful and rather dismissive. Theyre loss, I’ll be heading to St Clare Argos and Moesha for my next Smartphone.”
