“I went to this pharmacy because it was the nearest to my work on Aldersgate St. I had a throbbing toe which was getting more painful by the minute and I wanted something to soothe the pain. When I entered the shop, the pharmacist asked how she could help me. I explained the situation and she wanted to see my toe. Upon inspection she said that it was infected and needed antibiotics. At no point did she try and sell me anything. Only good advice which I have heeded. In summary, they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional without any pressure selling. Will definitely use them for my medicines.”

“Great big thank you the team at the centre, in particular the manager (whos name I've forgotten, sorry). We requested at very short notice to hire the fitness studio for a last minute rehearsal. The manager was very nice to deal with, and went the extra mile to accomodate our requests. Even allowed us to use the bigger gym space when we realised our numbers were so many that the studio space was too small. Fantastic experience. Thank you again”

“I visited the cedar dentist practice today in pain with my wisdom tooth and Mr Vikas Bakshi was amazing. He could see that I was scared when I asked him to just take the tooth out, it has given me trouble for half of my life and I have always been scared to have the tooth removed but today I just wanted it out and the pain it causes me gone. Well I felt nothing and I'm so relieved that it is now gone thanx to Mr Vikas Bakshi he put me at ease and the the procedure was over from start to finish in 15 minutes, I can't recommend him enough he has changed my life by helping today so thankyou very much Vikas!”

“I can't recall meeting a kinder more caring GP, without exception or exaggeration. Dr Qureshi didn't just listen to me, I honestly felt heard, which is different, and cannot be underestimated. She was very easy to talk to. It was very clear to me that Dr Qureshi took an interest in my symptoms, as she asked me relevant follow-up questions. She was very reassuring and gave me lots of very helpful advice. She was so genuinely caring and addressed my concerns very thoroughly and knowledgeably. What really stood out though, was that despite the immense time pressures on GPs these days, at no point whatsoever did I feel rushed at all, not one iota. I was very worried and anxious about my symptoms before my appt, but came away from the consultation feeling so much more positive and hopeful. This was solely down to Dr Qureshi and her exceptional manner. There's hope yet for the NHS! :)”
