“As I have naturally very curly hair and move from place to place a lot, I have had trouble finding a consistent stylist who does a good job with my hair. I tried Headmasters on a recommendation for a trim last year and it went well, but this most recent experience was what earned my undying love for the New Malden Headmasters in general and Ellie specifically! Everyone in there is amazing, but Ellie took my midlife crisis in stride and transformed my hair in exactly the way I wanted! I have normally kept my hair around shoulder length but it was in pretty bad shape and needed a drastic change which Ellie pulled off perfectly. The atmosphere of the salon is also amazing, with everyone being very helpful and friendly, constant offers of coffee/tea/biscuits, fun music and good recommendations for styling products etc. Definitely will continue going here for the foreseeable future!”

I didn’t catch her name but I especially wanted to thank the lady who helped me earlier this evening - I was struggling to find a colour match for my bathroom’s silicone sealant, as the colours shown on the bottles are often inaccurate and Screwfix unfortunately doesn’t have/do samples, but she did her best to show me what they had available and find what colour might work. Turns out the vanilla was a perfect match, thank you!”

“Been going to this vets for nearly two years and they are brilliant, warm and welcoming. I’ve had to come here for the bad and the good. Treated with compassion and kindness when having to put down my cat back in January which I cannot thank this practice enough. 6 months later I come back with my new addition and he had the best introduction to the vets! “We visited our local branch (Claygate) and explained what we wanted to achieve. The manager was extremely helpful - he took down the measurement and worked out the exact amount of timber we needed and also gave us a couple of different timber options to choose from. The next day the timber was delivered and up went the slat fencing. I can’t thank the Claygate team enough; friendly, skilled, experienced and they were happy to go above the rest, to offer that top level of service. I would highly recommended!”

“This Pets at Home branch is very organised and professional. There was a warm greeting upon entry to the store from Bart and then a lovely young lady supported me with information about hamsters. Not only did she confidently know all the genders, she even knew the Individual temperaments of each hamster. This is a different experience to the other pets at home branches I had been to.”

You can rely on the same great tasting food time and time again. I recommend trying one of their chef's specials. You won't be disappointed.”
