We spent a considerable amount of money from a new sofa to dining table to new bed and Jason was there every step of the way, helping and guiding. Couldn’t praise this person enough!”

Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues. Not many agents will act this way. This is a plus and they deserve a 5 star.”

“Really friendly award winning club, great real ale.at good prices. This club has various music evenings, predominately folk, but hold an electric jam night twice per month. They have film nights, ukele singalongs and great artists performing most weekends.”

“My husband had had hip surgery on Boddington Ward and received fantastic care from all the nurses and auxiliary staff. Everyone was kind, professional and attentive, which made such a difference to his recovery. Apologies because we can only remember nurse Aggy by name, she was wonderful as were all the staff and I’d also like to mention Natalie in physiotherapy, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. “Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

“It was my birthday meal and everything was perfect. The pork belly bites are like candy that is sticky and melts in your mouth at the same time. My friend has mushrooms on toast to start and they were yummy with the combo of shrooms and that sauce. We then both had burgers - she beef and me chicken and they were excellent. They were very accommodating she didn’t want the bacon on hers but I did. The fries were so good and stayed hot for a long time. I also had an Islay old-fashioned - heavenly. We didn’t have room for dessert but they brought us out a couple of brownie bites and the were divine. I would definitely eat here again.”

I had a GAIT Analysis done.At no point did I feel pressured to buy, I tried on loads of different trainers and the staff member spent ages explaining what to consider when buying running shoes etc. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and will go back for my next one! great job guys!”

“It was a surprise to stumble upon easyCoffee in Orpington, there used to be a small stand in London but I can't remember where but they did £1 coffees. The Orpington one is big and they have hipster things like bubble teas, pistachio frappe/lattesetc. I liked the way they had an easyHistory book which was an interesting browse. Coffee was not bad at all! The sandwiches look yum.”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “Kelly is amazing - she is the master of highlights! I chose her because I saw her work on the headmasters orpington instagram. Before, my hair was 3 different colours (dark brown roots, warm mids, overbleached cool tone ends), and had banding due to home box dyes. After my consultation, Kelly corrected all this with minimal damage to my hair (when she could've upsold me and I wouldn't have known), she somehow matched my hair exactly to my reference photos which I didn't even think was possible in one sitting. I'm super happy with the results and feel like she took extreme care every step of the way. Also, a little while back I had a bob haircut done with Scarlet, and she was also outstanding. I've never had so many compliments on a haircut! Both girls were really friendly and easy to chat to as well, highly recommend ✨️”
