I get a bit nervous and they were closing within 5 minutes yet a staff member called Adrian (along with a very helpful lady) was so professional and patient with me. I asked for a different size whilst nervously looking at the clock, he said it was no problem at all. I've never met a service provider at a young age that can be patient, efficient, and professional all at once whilst making me feel totally at ease. Thank you so much Adrian it actually made me want to buy more.”

“I had to return my North Face jacket because I didn’t like it, and my experience at JD Bond Street was honestly terrible. They kept insisting I needed the invoice even though my order was online, and they tried pushing a JD gift card instead of a refund, which I refused, wasting almost an hour of my time. I ended up going to the Oxford Street branch instead, and they refunded me in literally 2 minutes. Couldn’t be happier :) big thanks to the guy who helped me (Faroon/Faroom, not sure of the exact name) for being extremely nice and handling everything so smoothly. I truly appreciate it”
