“I was kindly and patiently assisted by Amir, who works in Sports Direct in Newbury Park. Despite me asking many questions regarding finding the right pair of shoes for my son and my sister, Amir was very professional and patient. I had a positive customer service experience here today!”

“Went into game Shop in Watford , purely for either a new Xbox controller or the new Xbox , and for some reason I asked the manager of the store Syed about the ps5 , and he knew everything there is to know about games and the difference’s all the consoles have ext , and he went through it all with me took time to go through it all with me , I left the shopping centre and spoke with my mrs and then turnd back purely because of how much time and how genuine Syed was.”

“Hi i shopped in Guildford JD this morning paid with cash , 2 young women served me and kept me waiting for ages going through the notes not just once but about 3-4 times then they said It was against the Law to accept a note with a bit of writing on it ( no it isn't i checked with my bank ) , then 1 went off for ages to “ check “ it was ok , their attitude was disgraceful made me feel like i was doing something wrong , ive shopped in there for years but never been made to feel like that or kept so long being served , very shoddy customer service .”

From the moment I walked in there I was met with such positivity from the staff who not only assisted me with finding the shoes I wanted but discussed what was best for me by giving fantastic advice. I was not planning on buying shoes but I am delighted that I have! The lady who helped me throughout (sorry I don’t know your name!) was clearly busy with lots of jobs but made the time to go through things with me and any customer who had a query. You were brilliant :) I am so thankful that I shopped at JD today and I cannot recommend this shop enough.”

“What a stadium, you can buy everything here. Food, pizza, pasties etc, drinks, both Alchol & soft drinks, hot drinks. The whole Stadium, (mainly English) rose to sing the national anthem, it just gives you shivers down your spine, 81,000 + and most of the rang Swing Low. If you have a problem with your ticket, they could not be more helpful. I rang to book disabled parking and the Lady I some to was called Sarah. She could not have been more helpful. Sarah asked what my seat numbers were, she said they were up on front row In 3rd tier & the steps were so steep, she booked me in disabled seating, no steps. Fantastic view, great seats Thanks to Sarah. Great ticket office Great staff.”
