“Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . “Wife and I just went in to just browse very close to the shop's closing time. The manager helped us answer all the questions we had and also ensured that I can try a pair even though we were feeling guilty that the shop was close to closing time. The service she provided was not rushed at all and she took the time to help with size and we left purchasing my first ever Timberlands. Very happy customers!”

“Excellent Place, lots to choose from, based on Iceland products. Wide range of goods from frozen to tinned to packet food, small Electrical items. Parking lot is a bit fiddly with only one way out, with plenty of idiots pissballing about trying 8 attempts to reverse into a space. If they drove in forward or acted positively there would be no problems.”

Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! “Great place to purchase coats and sports wear the only thing which can improve is catering for sizes for bigger women it's a shame I couldn't get a coat as the sizes aren't large enough I really liked there coats but sizes were small only if they done sizes like 20, 22, 24 and 26 I would of definitely purchased”

“This is definitely the place to shop for families especially if you like to entertain and great for businesses too. There is a large variety of food, beverages, confectionery, alcohol and some electrical goods as well. The majority of the goods sold here are sold in large quantities or bulk. Costco has a very busy small/medium cafe with a limited menu. There is a very large car park, which is free to park, and just at the end of the car park is a handy petrol pump. Everything that I have seen is wheelchair friendly.”

“This shop is amazing! The dresses are beautiful and the Lakeside branch stocks a lot of dresses here that other Apricot stores don't seem to. The shop is bright and clean and laid out well. The clothes are of a great quality with reasonable prices to match. Totally worth a visit.”

“Excellent customer service at Clarks Thurrock Lakeside from Ayesha. A very busy store. I wanted to try some different styles of shoes. Ayesha was brilliant in advising the best shoes that matched what I was looking for and provided me with the various sizes. What made her brilliant was that she knew the products and was patient whilst I tried on the shoes. No rushing and very polite and professional!”

“I went in today to get some oil for my car. I was kind of dreading it as the customer service I got the first and last time wasn’t great, but with my regular place being closed I went in reluctantly as I was desperate. Well today I got Zach, and what a great interaction it was. He was polite , friendly and very helpful with all my questions without being condescending. I appreciate the extra time he took to double check alternatives to make sure I was getting the one that best fitted my car make. Definitely a credit to the shop and he has definitely changed my mind about coming back. Zach, keep up the good work. I’m sure I’m not the first to feel this way. Stay blessed.”
