“Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!”

They collected them the same day via courier and had a new pair to me the next day. Unfortunately these had a different flaw and both were the last two pairs in my size. These are going back again same day and the first pair are arriving back with me tomorrow at a discount. These things happen, but you couldn’t have been better at sorting it out.
