Special offer price that appears online and says "Nectar price" don't apply in the small/local store even if you have Nectar card, the item will still be on special offer but a little bit more expensive than the price you'd pay at the big store/supermarket. On a cake I paid 25p more”

Every time I go in, he greets customers with a smile and treats everyone with respect, no matter how busy he is. He remembers regular customers, often asks how your day has been, and even makes small talk that feels friendly but never forced. He’s also really helpful, On top of that, he keeps the shop clean, well-stocked, and open late, which shows he cares about the community. His positive attitude makes the off-licence feel more than just a shop.”
