“Our favourite spot in London! We’ve been coming to The Ned since our very first dinner together, and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, the service exceptional, and the atmosphere simply unmatched. On our last visit there was a brief power cut for about 30 minutes, but honestly, it made the evening even more romantic with the candlelight — and the staff kindly offered complimentary wine, which was such a lovely touch. There’s often a live band playing, adding to the magic of the night, and it’s conveniently close to the station. For me, if I want to take someone for a truly special evening, The Ned is always the place to go.”

The staff were extremely polite, and even though we arrived at the restaurant late, they didn't rush us to leave and provided us with excellent service. This is definitely a place to visit if you're in London. Although we were fortunate enough not to wait in line, I recommend making a reservation.”

“A lovely restaurant with even lovelier food and staff! The manager and waiters were all friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We got the Goats Cheese with salad as a starter which was delicious, for our mains we got the Baraka Special and the Yogortlu Kofte which were both flavourful and perfectly cooked, and finished with a Baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was great - the perfect place for a business lunch or a quiet date. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“My partner and I were recommended to try this restaurant for my birthday yesterday.(6.8.25 Jamaica independence day. So glad we did! It was a great experience from the moment we walked through the door.The food was AMAZING, great taste, flavour, presentation. BTW my partner is fussy when it comes to food, especially being a fellow Jamaican who can cook, he found no fault and was complimentary from the moment he tasted his starter through to the desert. They are really generous with spices and everything is delicious. Chicken Tikka Madras, Paneer Tikka and all the veg side dishes... not forgetting the Peshawar naans. “Wow.....What a fantastic meal! - the offer with First Table is exceptional value for money. We ate like royalty and did not hold back.....nibbles, starters, sushi and mains - everything was simply delicious!! I highly recommend the Tuna Tostadas to start, what an immense way to get your taste buds going - the tuna was so fresh and the lovely hint of heat from the jalapeños.....yum! Other highlights were the Red Prawn Truffle - so light and yet packed with intense flavours and also the Spicy Buttermilk Chicken Karaage - so crispy and juicy. The Black Miso Cod of course was a true delight, with that deep, rich flavour coming throb with each bite - the slight charring on the edges giving a nice texture. If you have room for dessert, the Passionfruit Creme Brulee was stunning, beautifully presented, served with little diced cubes of fruit and tasted sublime. To note, the service was impeccable - our server was friendly, attentive, helpful and genuine. The moment I stepped inside, the space felt warm and inviting — relaxed, stylish, and with a touch of homely Gulf charm that sets the tone for the entire meal. It’s the kind of restaurant where you instantly feel at ease. The food was the standout. I ordered the machboos, and it was exceptional — beautifully seasoned, aromatic, and full of depth without ever feeling heavy. Every bite had that comforting home-cooked quality, but elevated with precision and balance. You can clearly taste the chef’s roots and passion in the way each dish is put together. The service was also excellent. Staff were attentive without hovering, and genuinely friendly. They guided me through a few menu recommendations and checked in just the right amount. It made the experience feel personal rather than routine. Overall, this is one of the best Middle Eastern meals I’ve had in London. Authentic flavours, generous portions, a great atmosphere, and a team that really knows how to make guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning.”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. “This is a rather special old inn. We had a wonderful, though very brief, overnight stay with breakfast in the morning, the day after a long road journey. Wound down with a nightcap in the company of James and Jules at the bar; they were great hosts. The room and, in particular, the bed were just superb. The bathroom: everything clean and just as you'd want it. Mary made us a very good breakfast and was also very friendly. It was clear all the staff we met actually care and want their guests to enjoy their stay and be comfortable. Highly recommended.”

Room very clean and comfortable bed, love the fairy showers, smoothing and soft. Breakfast deal it’s amazing, a little morning buffet where we can find a bit all you can eat. There is a water dispenser outside where we can fill our bottles, great idea. Silence and sleeping night for middle of Bankside location. Also great tourism attraction within one mile from it, Tate, Shakespeare Theatre, Borough market, George Inn the oldest gallery inn the world. And more…”

“This truly is a lovely restaurant. The waiters are very caring and attentive. I need gluten free because I am celiac and they work with the chef to let you know what you can eat. The food tastes amazing. I have eaten here 2 nights in a row cos it was so good. My husband is carnivore so we struggle to find a good place lace. This is awesome.”
