“I went for a gait analysis today at runners need, we just turned up not realising they did actually have an appointment system, their next appointment wasn’t until later that day and the shop wasn’t busy at the time we went in so the guy happily did the gait analysis. I have never had one before and wasn’t sure what to expect apart from running on a treadmill, the guy who did the analysis was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was very helpful and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and felt confident enough to take his advice!! As it turns out I have been running in shoes that are 1.5 sizes too small, hence all the problems I have been having! I wanted to leave this review as there are so many bad ones and had I read these before I probably wouldn’t have gone there. Don’t be put off by all the bad reviews!!!”

“Thank goodness for local specialist shops!! Popped into Meeks a few months ago for school shoes for my impossible-to-buy-for daughter. The staff were amazing with her, put her at ease and really took time to fit her perfectly. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing fault we had to return the shoes for a replacement. The manufacturer have been terrible (avoid Lelli Kelly at all costs!!) but Meeks sorted it out with no problems, they even remembered my daughter and found a suitable pair of shoes without having to try on the whole shop!!! Brilliant, brilliant customer service with a personal touch and a great range of stock to boot ❤️”

The shop offers shoes from toddler to adult size and casual to office wear. If you want to stick to a low budget I'd suggest this shop.”

“I popped over to Halfords after I discovered a fault with some work that I recently had done at a different garage, my car was not working well. A very kind and friendly staff member sort to resolve my issue immediately, he kindly introduced me to Scott. Scott didn't hesitate to find the problem and resolve the issue and talked me through what was wrong and what he did !! All I can say is that he is a credit to Halfords I've only ever had service like this in one other car garage and I've been to many in my lifetime. He was perfect”

“Found this store on my way to Cheetah Mill. It is a great spot for anyone looking for quality sportswear at affordable prices. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were compared to buying from shoe stores.
