“We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

“The staff at The Lodge are friendly and welcoming from the gentleman on reception, to other dental staff, who acknowledge and smile to you despite not being specifically involved in your treatment. The dentist was very patient and her explanation of my options was very clear and comprehensive which allowed me to make an informed decision as to my treatment. All of these factors help put you at ease and give you confidence in the surgery. Highly recommend. Babs”
“I drive a Nissan, and came here to get my brakes checked due to a minor noise. I was told that it was nothing to worry about. After having a look the mechanic took time out of his day to carefully explain why the noise was occurring and how it was no cause for concern. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was honest and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.”
“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”
“Our stay at Hyatt House Manchester was excellent. The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. Both the dinner and breakfast restaurant staff were also lovely, and the food was very good. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around the city. We had booked connecting rooms and received exactly what we requested — the rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable. A great choice for families and anyone visiting Manchester.”
“My first visit to a dentist in 9 years and as far as going to the dentist can be - It was a really good experience. The dentist was running late, but I was asked immediately if that was okay and was I able to wait, which was a refreshing change from not being told anything and clock watching whilst getting frustrated. The reception staff were lovely and polite and the dentist was reassuring, clear in a plan going forward, and talked me through each step of the examination. I've left with my next two appointments booked, one only next week. I would definitely recommend this surgery if you're looking for a dentist.”

“My husband was recently discharged from the care of Prof Ben Grey following surgery for removal of a kidney stone. We felt very fortunate to have a surgeon so outstandingly skilled and experienced as Prof Grey. He took time to explain our options very clearly so my husband felt able to make well-informed choices about his treatment. Prof Grey was always positive and caring which lifted our spirits throughout. Prof Grey's secretary, Nicola, was tremendous: always approachable and very efficient; often a detailed letter summarising our discussions and next steps would have popped up in our email by the time we had arrived home from our consultation. We highly recommend Prof Grey and the Manchester Urology Group.”

“Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”
“This was our first time staying at the Edwardian Manchester, and we were so impressed from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed, spotless, and with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice and great quality. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!”
“Should've known that writing a review 2 days into a 4 day trip, would've come back to bite me on the back side. We stayed Monday to Thursday in November and on the Wednesday, someone knocked and entered my room without consent or without telling me who they were or why they were coming in. After I had shouted at them to get out they shut the door and walked back out of my accessible room. I got to the door and asked them what they wanted, they said they needed to fit something, never told me what though. Then proceeded to ask if I was going out that day to which I replied, im not sure. We proceeded to go out about an hour later and when we have come back the very thing that was broken, non emergency, was fixed. Again no one asked me to enter. No one asked for consent to enter the room id paid £677 for 3 nights. This is not deemed as an emergency because if it was, you have the right to tell me that and ask for my consent to enter. None of this was done. Id went down to reception who agreed it was out of line. I could've been in a wheelchair, In the shower, deaf, naked, anything, none of which was taken into account account. I was told there was no management there at the time and that I should leave me email for a manager to be in contact. That didn't happen for some days so I took to the IHG app which was also useless because a member of management - James- at the Holiday Inn Manchester told me that they dont correspond with one another so whatever they'd offered me in compensation has nothing at all to do with what theyre willing to do, which is nothing. Id suggest if you have any accessible needs, you do NOT book her as if there is any issues, they fail to deal with them, ignore emails and won't accept or compensate for this mistakes Ive left my initial review there so you can see the stark difference between the two in literally 12hrs Fantastic experience at the holiday inn. I brought my client as we were going to look at canal street etc. I had requested that the bed was made up as 2 singles and it wasnt but they quickly got me another bed and made it up for me. We had I think whats called an accessible room, and the room was stunning. Had all the plug sockets you could need along side usb charging ports. Plenty of lights along side a uv light in the bathroom. Spotlessly clean and the beds were comfy and the rooms were warm. They also had a bath along side a shower. Breakfast was amazing”
“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

She was attentive, incredibly kind, and went out of her way to make our son feel welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience a highlight. “Perfect location for T2 … across the road, 2 minute walk and within a short 5 minute journey on the free shuttle bus to the excellent drop and go parking service A special mention to Lauren part of the Holiday Inn reception team who was very efficient, friendly and provided a first class service! A credit to the “HI Man Airport” team !!! Hotel spotless, modern and well stocked rooms … have stayed next door at Ibis (which is also a great hotel!) but for an extra £30 on this stay brekkie was included. They also have a happy hour on selected drinks and discount on food A great place to relax night before travels without the early morning stress … thanks Holiday Inn!”

“I spent a lovely 3 nights here whilst I was in Manchester for a school reunion. The hotel is in a good location and close to the station with direct trains to Manchester airport. The room was excellent with plenty of space and a great view. It was very clean and well serviced every day. A bonus was the fridge and selection of drinks. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I would like to give a big thank you to the guys in the bar, Cameron, Lennox and Eden for making the most amazing cocktails and for being very hospitable hosts. In fact all the restaurant staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. My only complaint would be the cold plates for the cooked breakfast, but the great coffee and pastries did make up for it.”
“We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x”
