“My wife and I spent two weeks on the boat and had a fantastic stay. We used it both as a base to explore Liverpool (it's so close to everything) and the wider North West Coast. On 'rest days' we stayed on board making the most of the beautiful weather and the Liverpool Yacht Club bar and restaurant. We thoroughly recommend it for a wonderful stay.”
“A beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay & Sefton Park on your doorstep. Very clean with comfortable beds. Customer service was very efficient, responded straight away and fixed a WiFi issue within 2 hrs. I will definitely stay here again.”
“The rooms were all spacious doubles, house was modern and bright, kitchen/living area was fantastic- enough seating for all 11 of us to relax. Lovely touches of breakfast bits and teas and coffees. Easy check in and out and quick response time. Quick taxi ride to town centre. Would definitely recommend.”
“I recommend it. It's comfortable, very clean, close to the airport, quiet, very easy to get to from the train station and the staff is very nice.”
“this is a gem of a find used to stay for the ferry to the IOM and couldn't believe what a find good food clean rooms and despite being a pub it was very quiet at night the beech is a very short walk away and what a lovely quiet beech it is relay worth a visit”
“I book3d all 6 lodges to accommodate family members for my sons wedding first week in august 2025 - the accommodation is of a very high standard - spotlessly clean, quiet with I am told very comfortable beds. Many of them used the hot tubs. they are in an attractive wooded area to the side of the main hollies shop and cafe so quite secluded - but having the cafe and shop right next door a huge advantage. Staff throughout were a delight to deal with. Just exceptional.”
“Very clean and calm. Like this cattery as it doesn't have a kennels as well, so no barking dogs to upset the cats. My cat is quite timid so suits her well. Staff are friendly too. Have been using Acorn for 2 years now and would recommend it.”
“Terrific self contained unit that had everything you need. Very quiet area that was 5 minutes from my daughter’s house so was perfect location for us. Definitely will stay again. Very comfortable and the owners added nice touches like coffee and tea and light snacks. Great place to stay.”
“It was a lovely stay here and a good price”
“Always very friendly and obliging. Lisa is extremely competent and always calm, and remembers your name if you are a frequent shopper.”
“Spacious rooms. Very clean on arrival Welcoming friendly staff. Ideal location for the conference centre. The only criticism would be when staff do the light touch cleaning it might be an idea to top up the coffee and milk. Excellent breakfast. It's not to order but they only put out smaller amounts to ensure a constant supply of fresh cooked. Bacon and sausages were very nice. Always on coffee machine in the dining area, with a decent bite on the coffee.”
“Last minute booking. We have stayed at one of The Resident hotels in London a few times before so knew we’d get a great room with great service. We were right. Lovely welcome, really enjoyed the complementary drinks reception early evening. We were also given a free upgrade that made our stay even better. Great nights sleep in a comfy bed. Central location that is close to the docks & shopping areas. Would certainly recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“This accomodation was great. Nice service, fantastic location, good communication. Earplugs available, as you are so close to Cavern Clubbing area, that there might be noise coming from there, tho we did not have any complaints on this. The appartment is great, yet a climb of 3 stairs and elevator is out of service, one inside, there is plenty of room to stretch your legs and relax. All is taken care of, all amenities are there, its comfy and clean. Highly recommend.”
“Hassan is the most professional dentist I have ever had treatment off..very good at putting people at ease 100%... treatment well done and in a timely manner.”
“Lovely cafe in Grovesenor Park. Really friendly staff and great coffee. Love sitting working outside under the shade of the tree on their large patio area.”
“We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Booked a double room for me and my wife. The service was excellent. On the evening prior to leaving I missed a phonecall from the owner wishing us all the best with the baby (my wife is pregnant!) and to say thank you for being a guest and she hoped we got to do everything we had planned. That was a very nice and thoughtful touch, I thought. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.”
“Excellent accommodation, Mark and Jan are welcoming hosts and the breakfasts are exceptional.”
“Wonderful stay. Stayed here overnight as we went to the Liverpool stadium tour. Attentive and lovely staff all around from reception to restaurant just truly amazing and hospitable. The hotel is located near the knowledge quarter and near the hospital. We took a walk to the city centre which was roughly a 15 minute walk. The hotel is well maintained, clean with all your facilities. We stayed in one of the apartment style rooms which was very convenient as we travelled with kids but had access to a microwave, plates, Cutlery and basic household items. TV had a range of channels which again useful when with children and had a great view facing the V&M museum. They have amenities from Rituals which is amazing as it meant I didn't have to travel with my own. All in all great trip. Wish we were staying longer as Liverpool seems to be such a great place to visit with very friendly and lovely people. We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Liverpool, thank you all ever so much again.”
“We stayed at the Pullman Hotel Liverpool on 14th November in Room 739 to celebrate our anniversary, and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jon on Concierge was fantastic — polite, attentive, and always checking that we had everything we needed. Paul in the restaurant gave us such warm and friendly service at breakfast, making sure every detail was taken care of. We also dined in the restaurant in the evening, and the food was truly sublime — a huge compliment to the chefs for a wonderful meal. A special thank you to Rebekah for the beautiful anniversary card left in our room, and to the chef who prepared a personalised anniversary cake for us. These thoughtful touches made our celebration even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and a real credit to the hotel. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Liverpool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!”
“Could not find fault if I tried really hard, had the pleasure of a 2 night stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfectly located for a city visit as it's situated bang centre of Liverpool, all staff were courteous, extremely professional and happy to help with any query and knowledgeable about any and all points of interest for tourists. I will most definitely use here again.”
“Amazing visit to the titanic. Will definitely be visiting again. The blue wellness spa was excellent thank you to all the staff we are more than grateful. Also a big thank you to Haydn for such great hospitality really worth his weight in gold.”
“Great coffee, good prices, and tons of vegan/vegetarian options. They have nondairy milk and the atmosphere was very nice. The people working were very friendly, 10/10. I got the mocha and it was a lot tastier and more affordable than the coffee I got from Crosby Coffee near Sefton.”
“Absolutely worth the five stars. Great welcome, fab accommodation so close to the wonderful city of Liverpool. Communication was brilliant.. could not fault it and would highly recommend. Perfect for a group weekend away !!!”
“This hotel has it right. My husband and I are world travellers and have stayed in many accommodations over the years. We were pleasantly suprised to see this hotel go above and beyond with every detail. We have added it to our list of "go to places to stay" as it fast became one of our favorites. We loved the unusual bathroom layout, comfortable bed, stunning views, friendly staff, and impressive breakfast setup. It was helpful that this hotel was close to where we needed to be - an easy walk where we felt safe and taken care of. The whole experience eased my stress during a challenging business trip. We would love to return for fun next time. One minor suggestion I can think of is the bin bags (trash bags) are pretty flimsy. Would be helpful if they were sturdier. Did you notice there's no 13th floor? That took the welcome form of humor for us and made us think of all the hotel horror movies out there, which made things funnier in a dark way (let's kick suspicions in the butt, yes?). Overall, we had a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.”
“Great place right in the centre!! Staff were brilliant. Apartments were really big and clean!! Will definitely be going back xx”
“Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!”
“As with all Premier Inns the beds are nice and comfortable. We just had one night here but it was great. Very good location, very central. Easy walk to the central Liverpool city area and Lime Street station is right across the road.”
“I love this place! The location is great, right in the heart of town and multiple options for shopping and food nearby. I’m in a studio room by myself. Although this hotel is in the busy part of town, because the windows are triple glazed it is very quiet in the rooms. It is small but very well equipped with a big fridge and cooking facilities. Complete set of pans and dishes, which is great for eating leftovers. . There is plenty of storage and hanging space. The air conditioner works great as it’s pretty warm at the moment. I had breakfast for the first time and it was really good. Nice cooked breakfast with cereals, fruits, selection of cheeses and meats. The staff here are very helpful and friendly! I liked this place so much that I booked a return trip here in a few months!”
“Two night stay with friends. Location for station perfect, easy walk to all attractions, museums, galleries and restaurants. Rooms well fitted and very comfortable. Staff were all lovely, helpful and genuinely cheerful (says a lot to my mind). Food in Stoke Brasserie was very good and breakfast would meet anyone's requirements. Would recommend with no hesitation.”
“Amazing stay!! Perfect location on castle street where all the restaurants are and the town centre :) Sleep was good throughout the night, the rooms are beautiful with a good view. Prices are cheap for the location and service. Will be back soon :)”
