“Stayed here for about a week recently bed and breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. Tracy very on it with breakfast every morning making my life as easy as possible. The entire place from the room to the toilets were kept extremely clean and welcoming. Would stay again. Thanks.”

“We had a fantastic couple of nights stay here. Jackie and Mandy went above and beyond as well as the rest of the team - thank you! Room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Style of the hotel also beautiful along with the grounds. The food in the Eyas restaurant was a very special treat and delicious! The East Wing Lounge food was also fab. Breakfast was also a nice experience, new lovers of chai tea!! Castle Ashby gardens is also a short walk and free admission for guests - absolutely stunning and worth a visit. Would highly recommend the Falcon to anyone looking for a mini break and escape. We will be back again in future! Mollie and Josh x”

“Awesome pub with friendly staff. The land-lady laid on a buffet for my wife's birthday party which we held in the lounge area. We had the whole lounge to ourselves and the hire was free (takings at the bar). Highly recommend. They have great bands on there as well. Food is fab too.”

“Super cool to wake up next to a formula 1 race track. Upon arrival we did not know that there was a race track but opened up the curtains in the morning and saw the grandstands and the main raceway for Silverstone race track. Very nice rooms and good breakfast. Easy parking. Also a huge F1 store attached to it.”

“I had a Golf ladies away weekend Sunday to Monday in September. We had a great time the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food we had in the evening was very good too. We had two rounds of golf which we all enjoyed too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thankyou”

“We booked an overnight stay at The Green Man whilst visiting The Shuttleworth Collection at Befordshire. It was our first visit to the Green Man and what a gem of a find it was. The room was lovely, comfy and cosy. It was also lovely and warm for us on arrival which we really appreciated. The manager Guy and all the staff were really friendly and made us feel so welcome. The pub is immaculate and looks so pretty with all the fairy lights inside. We had a meal there on the Saturday evening and we also had breakfast the following morning, and the food was delicious. We absolutely loved our stay as everything is run so well by Guy and the staff and we will definately be back to stop again when we are visiting the area. “My husband and I stumbled across this pub this evening after I suffered a puncture a mile down the road. A very pleasant atmosphere and very well kept. Icing on the cake was when two hours later, having managed to limp my car up the road to the pub car park, one of the chefs came over and offered help, gave me a laugh and even ever so kindly offered to take me home because the breakdown was still 4 hours away having already waited 4 hours! Overall, based on this experience alone, we’ll definitely come back!”

“Another amazing time had The Sun Inn, Hardingstone 14 of us, which included 6 children attended The Sun on Saturday 13/12/25 for a festive gathering, with all of us opting for the festive menu As is always the case at this venue, we received a very warm welcome & shown to our table by Alice Once our party has all arrived, Alice notified the kitchen & within minutes, we has all been served hot, fresh & delicious meals with absolutely no complaints from anyone in our group Our Waitress's were incredibly efficient, ensuring that our tables were regularly cleared of plates & glasses & they checked in with us every so often to ensure we were happy. Furthemore, at no time did we ever feel pressured to vacate our table, which led to a thoroughly enjoyable & relaxed occasion Suffice to say, it is with confidence that I commend the team at the The Sun, Hardingstone, whom, from the initial booking (some 5 weeks ago) to the time that we left the venue, were nothing but outstanding. A huge cry also goes out to the following staff for making this occasion so special; Grace, Hollie & Chantelle for managing the original booking & for checking in with me on the odd occasion to make sure there were no changes & that everything was ok Sienna, Jess & Sheobe for looking after us on the day I also wish to thank the kitchen team, in particular Mustfa for serving up some incredibly amazing & delicious food for us all. The presentation of the food was superb & above all, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, including the children who all had Burgers! The kitchen team & Chefs are invaribly the unsung hero's of any hospitality establishment & Mustfa is clearly a credit to The Sun & the wider McManus team for preparing & serving up some incredible meals. “This was our second visit to Pjayz Kitchen and it is hands down the best halal food place in Northampton! The food and the service is always been outstanding, the portion sizes are great and the environment is cozy and warm. Would highly recommend esp for anyone looking to try food fusions with halal meat.”

“It's the First time I have eaten at this place, the steak was amazing, The service was 10/10, there was one little mistake with our order but it was very quickly rectified, The manager took off the cost of one of the mains to make up for the mistake, which was more than she had to do. And as a bonus I got a free dessert as it was my birthday. So overall service was a 10, the meal was a 10, would definitely go there again.”

“I popped in after passing by and then turning around to come in. I'm glad I did! Very friendly team, welcoming and polite. I was served promptly and the food also came out within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the salmon fishcake with new potatoes, poached egg and salad. All cooked amazingly and the perfect portion. The menu had a great selection. Atmosphere was chill and relaxed with a tidy, clean environment. I will come back!”

“Was quiet on arrival due to hot weather and others choosing to sit outside or go to another pub with a garden . Staff were immediately attentive and were more than happy to help with choice of wine and offering a taste to make sure it’s what we’d like . we were very impressed with the wine, and the price.and the staff. We had Sunday lunch, roast beef for me, turkey for my best friend Jon, we both loved the fact that it was served hot not Luke warm like some places and what everyone expects from a Sunday roast We decided it was the best we’d had in a long time. Service from all the staff was fantastic. We also noticed that the empathy and familiarity with customers who must be regulars was a joy to see and rare in these days.
