“Absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the customer service here, especially Sophie. My car had so many issues since purchase, and this was my first MOT since I bought the vehicle. No issues were disclosed when I bought the car but Sixfields Autocentre picked them up immediately, and fixed them all within 3 days. They updated me throughout the 3 days to let me know what was happening and when my car would be ready. There was a delay in the repair process but I was kept informed by Sophie who was extremely apologetic about the inconvenience, and explained why there was a delay. Cannot thank all the staff enough for being so kind and helpful during a stressful time. Definitely will be returning!”

“Had 4 new Michelin 215/65R16 MI PRIM5 102HXL installed on Duster last week, bought through Asta Tyres with fitting at IN'n'Out Kettering. Installation was smooth and quick, waiting room nice and clean with free coffee; can't ask for more. I thought I'll leave them a review since when things go well few bother for a review, reviews mostly come when something bad happens. While waiting you can see through the glass wall on progress on your car. All good.”

We have used Screwfix for multiple items for home development and everything has been available, of good quality and comes with some kind of warranty/returns policy. “Excellent quality service from a kind, polite, professional and helpful team. I visited for an eye health examination via the urgent eye care service. Despite being quite clearly extremely busy, all of the team members who dealt with me did so with kindness and care. Booked appointments and walk ins were be handled as well as possible. I also witnessed a member of the team treated very unkindly by a customer in front of the whole store and they remained calm and professional throughout, continuing to show kindness and offering as much help to the customer as possible, despite the unfair way they had been treated. I would highly recommend this store and definitely visit again.”

“Just wanted to share the great service I received yesterday from Phoenix Pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready and unfortunately one item was out of the stock. The lady promised to call their sister pharmacy when they were back from lunch and call me back which she did. I then went to collect my item after work and another lady there offered to see if any other local pharmacies had the missing item. She found two locally and gave me their details. They really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the whole prescription as I was getting quite worried about it. Thankyou to both ladies, and also the rest of the staff who are always so helpful”
