“I ordered a well done steak and even though I prefer mine a little more well done it was really tasty. The meal was a great size and every part of it was lovely. I didn't eat it all just what I put on my plate. I will definitely order from there again. Sometimes it's just nice to have something a bit different to pizza and kebabs.”

“Absolutely love this place. The food is always gorgeous, generous enough portions for me to negate room for pudding so I've gone for just pudding now too. Equally as gorgeous. Friendly managers make you feel welcome. Large car park, campers can park overnight if buying food. No actual dining room but a variety of sized tables, some with cushioned bench sofas. Obviously a good selection of wines and drinks, teas and coffee. The beams are low, I've never not seen someone have to duck but it's well lit so everyone can see them. Child and dog friendly. Even a small shop with locally made incense sticks, aroma bottles, crafts, sweets and sometimes food products, biscuits. AND you can buy food to feed the piglets, when they have them. Definitely a recommend from me.”

“Wow! My son and I visited a few weeks back and we are still talking about how great it was. As first-timers, we weren't sure what to order, but the friendly staff immediately made us feel at ease and guided us through the menu. We took their advice on a few items and ended up ordering a feast! Honestly, there wasn't a single thing that disappointed us. Each dish was packed with flavour and clearly made with care. We headed upstairs to eat and found the seating area to be spotless and quiet, which was perfect for a late-night meal. If you're considering trying it out, just do it. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will definitely be returning.”

“Calcutta is great Indian restaurant located in a beautiful historic building in the picturesque town of Stony Stratford. We ordered, scallops, king prawns, chicken and lamb. All of which was cooked very nicely and had very nice flavour. Overall considering location, decor, service and food Calcutta Brasserie gets a 5 star rating. Recommended.”

“We travel from Buckingham to Bicestor just to have their Kebab. Love their Chilli sauce... It's actually spicy (Not like the fake-non spicy "chilli sauce" we get around here in UK). They prepare everything fresh and hot(but by the time we reach back home-25minutes, we usually reheat it.). We usually avoid pita bread because it becomes soggy by the time we reach back home. The guys who work there are very polite and friendly. I wish they open an outlet here in Buckingham!!”

“This place is absolutely amazing! The food is outstanding, We started with the Tandoori Grill Chicken, which was perfectly marinated, juicy, and cooked just right with a nice smoky flavor. The Chilli Grill Prawns were another highlight — fresh, succulent, and packed with a great balance of spice and taste and I can’t stop talking about their Naans—so soft and flavorful. The Chicken Tikka Masala is hands down one of the best I’ve had, rich, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Definitely a must-visit!”
