There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store. “I don’t normally write many reviews but I had a very pleasant experience at this store today. I needed a shirt to fit me as I had to go to a funeral the next morning. I was a little stressed as just couldn’t find a shirt that fitted me. A woman named Sarah who was based at the fitting rooms couldn’t help me enough was ever so kind and helpful finding me a shirt to wear that fitted. Left feeling very happy with a shirt that fitted.”

“Located in the Graften Center there is plenty of parking in the attached multi story car park that offers disabled parking bays. The store and car park are at opposite ends of the center making it quite a walk if you have mobility problems. The store itself offers an extensive range of good quality clothes to suit all ages and gender and are reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and polite with a good knowledge of their stock.”

“Fantastic customer service! I needed to make an online return and went into the Bedford store, at the till I was helped by Syeda - who was great. She explained the process and was so helpful. I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres.
