βI only joined this practice recently, I completed the online form for an appointment at 7.30, received a call at midday for an appointment that afternoon. This saves time on the phone unlike my old GP. Dr Islam was fantastic, I had a treatment in mind following a private consultation however he gave me a further option without the need for injections. I was referred to a physio who I saw two days later, I have been given exercises which I hope will be beneficial for the recovery. Overall a positive first experience.β

βI gave 72 hours notice for my prescription to my doctors surgery, however it was never sent over to the pharmacy. It was a Friday afternoon and I needed my medication for the weekend. But unfortunately the pharmacy is closed on a Saturday and as I was working in the afternoon on Friday I couldn't wait. Natalie from the pharmacy was so understanding and helpful and was able to sort out an alternative for me. She went to the doctors to get my prescription form and was able to dispense for me and take to another pharmacy for me to collect the following day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication for the weekend.β

Reception team have been really nice and helpful, have heard the way members of public speak to them and am shocked at how rude people are. Miss Tazvivinga has been amazing and really helpful, really nice woman. βNot sure if the lovely doctor will get to see this as Iβm unsure how to leave feedback. I went with my daughter on Friday 21st November at 11am due to her genuinely just feeling unwell. The doctor we saw was middle aged and blonde. She done her obs and was concerned for my daughter and even allowed us to take her water. Told us to go to a&e. My daughter ended up staying from Friday to Sunday night due to influenza a. I just wanted to feedback positively because usually itβs only negative we see and my daughter was unwell last year and it took multiple trips to be given an answer but in this case the doctor took my concerns seriously which possibly prevented a more serious situation so THANK YOU.β

βAfter having my blood pressure measured and a blood sample taken by a very pleasant and professional nurse I was asked by her to make an appointment for a medication review. After a number of texts over the course of several days in which the result of each test e.g., cholesterol level, B12 level etc. was given I waited for my medication review. The review was undertaken over the phone by a Clinical Pharmacist. After introducing herself she patiently explained in detail exactly what the test results were. We then discussed the regular medication that I take. She asked various questions relating to my medication e.g., when do I take the tablets, are there any side effects etc. The whole experience was undertaken in a manner which made me feel that I was being treated as a valued patient and not just a name on a list.β
