All were incredibly helpful and demonstrated a good level of empathy after hearing about my previous appointment and awful service. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.”
