“I placed a few orders for Yoto cards with Katzenworld. I am very happy with my purchases and the whole experience. The website is user-friendly and has decent pictures and descriptions. All items arrived in great working conditions. It took about a week to reach Canada, Ontario, from the UK. After placing an order, I received a couple of updates regarding it and was able to track the location. I definitely recommend this store and will purchase again.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Lee at the weekend. We thought we knew what kind of bird we wanted, but after spending a couple of hours with Lee and the birds, and talking about different kinds and what we were looking for, we found our forever friend. Lee is very knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. He put me at ease, especially as I was nervous as I'm not confident with birds, unlike my other half who has had birds before. Our new hand reared friend settled in at home immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better bird. Lee also sells toys, food and sand sheets - anything you may need to get started with your new friend. He even recommended a vet. We highly recommend! Thanks again Lee!”

“Amazing ! Our 13 year old mostly-labrador has severe osteoarthritis and was struggling to do anything. We took him for acupuncture and herbal medicine which is tailored to the needs of your dog or cat. After one session Jazz was finding it much easier to get up and move about, and even started playing tug-of-war with our other dog ( they ended up with half a toy each ! ) Many thanks to Rinnert and the helpful and friendly team. Very highly recommended.”

“I have a very difficult dog who refuses to eat in kennels, so far for up to 3 weeks! Hazel Tree staff noticed where other kennels, with great reviews, have failed despite my raising it as an issue. Hazel Tree also addressed it and he was willing to eat there. He is normally anxious but thrived at Hazel Tree Kennels and ran off happily when I dropped him off without a backwards glance. I cannot recommend them or praise them highly enough and so wish I hadn't moved away. I have failed to find a kennels this good either before with my previous dog or since. 10 out of 10 if that were an option!”

“Absolutely fantastic vets and nurses that helped my guinea pigs with dental disease and an abscess . After countless vet visits with other vets I have finally found one that will get my little man on the road to recovery. I now have hope that we can get him sorted, after feeling I would lose him. The three and a half hour trip was very much worth it, thank you again to such an incredible team of people, that are extremely compassionate and caring towards our pets.”

“Our dog Bernard stayed two nights at Hunters Lodge and we could not have asked for a better experience. Bernard is a rescue so we were quite nervous about leaving him however any anxiety we had was quickly put at ease thanks to the staff at Hunters Lodge who kept us updated. Bernard stayed in the VIP kennel where he was able to have his own home comforts (plus a TV!). We would highly recommend Hunters Lodge to anyone and would not hesitate in booking him in again.”
