The service was impeccable, we were greeted by Lee (store manager) who was more than happy to help us. He was friendly and professional & had good product knowledge, he even helped me take it to the car & put the bike in the car for us, nothing seemed like too much trouble. “I’ve not had much luck with my last two pairs of Merrell walking shoes, but they are the best fit for my feet. So when one of the lace loops broke on my second pair, which I had had for 2 months, I returned them to Cotswold Outdoors. Exchanged for exact same shoe, hopefully they’ll be ok. I do wish they stocked more Merrell walking shoe designs, there isn’t much choice. The service from the member of staff was very helpful.”

Products are frequently on sale and the quality is comparable with more expensive comparisons and sometimes better! I had a really helpful assistant called Becky, who took the time to discuss options instead of forcing a sale, ultimately leading to buying actually what i needed, rather than having to go back for a refund because i had bought the wrong product. Will continue using this store for quite some time yet!”

I was very pleased with the service especially as it was FREE for me as a Halfords registered customer! The male Halfords worker was prompt in attendance following purchase, he was polite and courteous, he was clear in verbal instructions requiring me to turn on lights, pop car bonnet etc, and he was clear in explaining results and that all would be emailed to me the same day. “I've been here 4 times and recently had my 40th here. Love it. Service, food, spa all of it fab. If I had to give feedback I'd say the bed in one of the rooms was horrible and we had a bad sleep but only the one time. The rest was fab. And the spa treatment seems to be different per masseuse. So you could have the same package as someone else but receive a totally different experience. Also I think the staff should be stricted on savings the beds policy by the main pool cafe side. That was really annoying as we couldn't sit anywhere after lunch as people put towels down. Which to be honest is just rude. That said I will continue to come back. Always amazingly relaxed afterwards”
