βGood place to stay, but a bit hard to find. Sometimes confused with a similar place.β
βGreat little cafΓ©. Nice looking menu with hot lunches and good all day breakfast options. We had breakfasts , local meats their own eggs too. Only negative was very noisy and echoey but that's just as it was busy and the walls are bare wood so sound bounces around but worth bearing in mind if you little ones get triggered by noise. Would definitely recommend though as was delicious and hot. Tea even served in pots with loose leaf tea too which I love. Thank you to all staff as service great and friendly too.β
βHad lunch with a great view.. food was fast, hot and tasty. Hats off to the manager Kay who served us, she made sure we didn't go without anything and checked back regularly. Great service!β
βI stayed at the Norwich Central Travelodge due to its location, it is convenient for public transport just one minute from the bus station. The hotel definitely need a make over but the staff are very kind and polite. Zuzanna in the Bar on breakfast and the Hotel Manager Nalend is very polite and professional. Nice to see her checking the building early the morning and greeting customer. Very well managed.β

βI enjoyed the lamb salad wraps and chips and can of diet coke in the cafeβ
βPopped in here for coffee with friends. Good friendly customer service. Great coffee and a smashing mug of tea. Definitely value for money. I didn't until yesterday know this cafe was here tucked away in the corner. We willhave to revisit.β
βVery kind people working there! Lovely store and petrol station!β
βBrilliant bookshop. Staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent range of books and beautiful artwork. Magical place for kids of all ages.β
βHad a fabulous experience here - cheerful and highly efficient service, great food reasonably priced and well presented. Definitely a highlight of our visit to the broads and a happy ending to our boat adventure. We were exited about trying the cake which was also good quality and a generous portion, but the Victoria sponge was a little too sweet for our liking, but that is probably more a matter of personal preference. Would highly recommend this place and definitely visit again!β
βWe visited today for the first time. We really didnβt know what to expect - but it did not disappoint! All of the bug houses were brilliant, so many species and so much to see. Our favourite by far was the Ants!! They were insane! We spent so long just watching them. The butterfly house was beautiful. We dodged the showers but managed to play outside too. The cafe was delicious - the menu is vast and very reasonably priced. Plenty of seating as well. So pleased that we paid the extra for the bug handling experience. Ben was great and so knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend a visit here. We spent about 4 hours in total - including lunch. If the weather was dry - we would likely have been longer outside. Thanks for a fab day! Xxβ
βItβs about time I write a review as today was my familyβs 7th time coming to Huggers in less than one year! We are so lucky to have this cafe within 45 minutes drive from us. The food is amazing, especially their Sunday roasts. So many desert options and I especially love the warm treacle tart! I feel proud to be a vegan when Iβm at Huggers. Parking is easy at the co-op opposite. Best to book a table as they are super popular with both vegans and non-vegans!β
βBurrito bowls are amazing, great portion sizes and are just extremely tasty!β
βI had a delicious lunch here. I sat at the window bar and watched the Christmas shoppers rushing by while I was cosy and being well fed. The celeriac remoulade had a good dollop of mustard and made a perfect appetizer before the beef bourguignon. That beef was so tender, the carrots soft, an unctuous and lipsmacking dish. The frites I ordered were crisp and salty, perfect for dipping into that gravy. Although I was full, I couldnβt resist their crΓ¨me brΓ»lΓ©e for desert which had that crack on top, hiding a sweet mellow creaminess underneath. The Pinot noir I chose to accompany the meal seemed perfect. Astonishingly good food! I was kindly welcomed in when I arrived and the service was timely and friendly. Wish I was able to visit more often.β
βBest cafe stop in my experience taking into account the routes there and back, the tranquil and peaceful setting, the great cakes, tray bakes and savoury food on offer and to wash it all down the 82% hot chocolate all served by the wonderful hostesses Lynn (the owner) and her lovely helpful assistant Lauren. It's become a regular weekly stop for me as you're always made to feel welcome.β
βWe booked a private session for two girls we work at our alternate provision. The instructor Rebecca was brilliant and the girls absolutely loved it thank you!β
βItβs been several years since Iβve been here! Back in the City for a bit after moving stateside and the ambience, coffee and sincerity make this a wonderful place to visit. Try it if you havenβt yet. You will not be disappointed!β
βSuch a lovely little place - very welcoming, friendly staff and all round amazing food and drinks. Definitely recommend!β
βpossibly one of the best barbers, accurate, understanding, friendly - booking essential and easyβ
βThis place is amazing with the best sausage rolls and brownies weβve eaten in Norwich. Really friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere! I highly recommend the peanut butter brownies as they are the best brownies to ever exist!β
βFrom the moment we entered the restaurant, staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant not only looks beautiful but was also such a wide variety of food. The salad bar is extensive and full of lovely Brazilian dishes! All of the meat is really good quality and staff are quick to come round with the next meat option. The rump steak, pork belly and minted lamp were firm favourites. Definitely worth the money and would definitely visit again!β
βIn my opinion The Fat Cat is the best pub in Norwich. The beer is always in top condition. Itβs like a permanent beer festival in there! Love it.β
βWell worth a visit if you are staying in Lowestoft or nearby. Bird watchers and lovers of nature will enjoy this. Visitor centre is good. Lots of hides about to watch nature. Take binoculars.β
βBrilliant place on the outside of Norwich but served by good bus service ,food looks stunning, lovely staff, brilliant beer choicesβ
βBeautifully put together menu, we went for menu 2. The rice cracker aperitif and lobster ravioli were our favourites. Service was attentive without being too much. One of the gems of the Norwich food scene.β
βI have been wanting to come here for a while. We had a lovely warm welcome on a dark damp night. Warm environment with a young vibe and good music. The burgers are nice but can be a little hard to eat with their size and wetness. Very enjoyable meal and look forward to returning in the future.β
βMy first time there with family. Dog friendly. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Love the beer mat collection on the ceiling and the quirky artwork. And the lady skeleton outside. Indoor seating and also outside covered seating area. Food amazing. I can highly recommend the place.β
