“The staff here are wonderful and hard working but the store isn't open half the time due to staff shortages. This has led to people missing vital medications and suffering physical damage and withdrawal due to them running out of medications. Whoever owns this business needs to pay their staff better and ensure the shop is open during the listed times. I can't recommend anyone use this as a primary pharmacy for the sake of safety. Edit of this review: I've purchased their home delivery option and they've been really helpful in having this setup on my account. I've also seen heard and seen that they've massively improved on the previous issues. The staff are really helpful and patient. I'm going to change this review to a higher rating. Thank you to them for their assistance,.also please remember to treat them well no matter how frustrated you might feel as they're only Human.”

“Returned to my local tescos recently for majority if shopping. based on quality of food, best before date, and range and variety and scan as you shop. Some isles could be wider but reflects how busy and popular it is. Club card prices on many products and new products. Also, its a one stop Tesco. Clothing, homeware, and has internally within a great cafe l, timpsons, and sells everything. Staff despite so busy are friendly, warm and happy when asked a question. They also raise money for local charities and the bigger ones which provides that local community feel.”

“Quite surprised at all the reviews saying they can’t get an appointment. I’ve been seen within a very prompt time frame 99% of the time and my baby boy has pretty much always been seen on the same day. Phone lines are obviously busy like any nhs surgery, they give the option to press 8 for a call back, and they have always called back when they get to your place in the queue. If I fill out the appointment form online I’ve always received a timely response. No complaints!”

“I can't remember the name of the person that helped me (sorry!) but I'd like to praise the staff at this Boots shop for their help yesterday. The branch are having some issues with staffing and are having to close at 5pm currently (not 5.30pm as usual). I turned up after 5 and the staff made an exception for me and brought me my much needed medication despite being technically closed. Thank you, I appreciate your help, great customer service. I hope you can get your staff levels back up to an acceptable level (pull your finger out Boots recruitment!) as you're a good bunch. X”

“Fantastic, friendly and professional service from Mandy in the Diss pharmacy. My usual nominated chemist was out of stock of my repeat HRT medication which I needed urgently but I found that Diss had some in stock. Mandy advised me what to do about contacting my doctors, and she was able to sort out a one off prescription without delay so I could come and collect on the same day. Absolutely brilliant! Also, the rest of the pharmacy team were really helpful and polite...first class service!”

“Fantastic help with all things animal rated. My last 3 pets (1 dog, 2 cats) have been members of the Healthy Pet Club and the vets have been very helpful to me on many occasions. Knowing my pet is always well treated by the vets and that, if I need reassurance myself it is that I now my pet will always be treated promptly if there are any problems.”

I was curious about feeding our pup a raw diet as Butternut is burning a hole in our pocket and she gave me so much information to take away with me! She answered all my questions and worries about changing diet and even showed me what it looks inside. I’m very grateful for the help she provided! “I attended this pharmacy for a pre-booked covid vaccination. The counter assistant appeared very promptly to greet me, was polite and pleasant and asked me to take a seat. Even though I was a little early, within about 2 minutes I was called into the consultation room for my jab. The pharmacist who gave me the jab, Sunil, was friendly yet professional and took the time to have a little chat whilst doing the jab. Community pharmacies often get a bad rap nowadays however I found this one welcoming and efficient, and would definitely use their services again”

“Had to visit sainsbury's yesterday didn't realise that there wasxa Lloyd's in their just had a blood test that morning and had been told to buy a blood pressure monitor. The lady I spoke to was brilliant I have had a stroke and she shared some fantastic advice. I made a blood pressure monitor from them because of her help. I'm sorry i didnt make a note of her name apologies but with staff as good as her your the pharmacy of choice.”

“Running late for Covid booster, phoned to apologise, and find out how to rebook, explained we were only 2miles away, told to come to pharmacy straight away. When we arrived we were asked into the “injection room” where we were asked the normal questions, before being given our injections. They were very friendly and efficient, working well as a team, despite our being late. Thank you”

“Had mine and my husband’s flu vaccine here for the first time in this pharmacy. Regular pharmacist was polite and professional. Very efficient. She gave us some advise about the vaccine, which I never received anywhere else. She also mentioned that we are entitled to a free pneumonia jab which we also haven't been advised before! Overall, we had a very good experience and it was stress free! We will both be having our flu vaccines here from now on.”
