“Jooni is brilliant. After checking 'prescription stock checker' on-line I realised that the item I needed was not in stock. I tried several times to order it on the 'phone, but the pharmacy never pick up. I tried several days and at different times. I then tried 'Customer Support'. I was on the 'phone for 15 minutes, the the customer support chap (Jay) said that he would put me through to the branch. 12.50pm 5/12/25. He just put me through to the same line that I had been ringing. It cuts you off after 2 minutes. Hopeless. What a waste of time. I then rang customer support again. This time I got Omar. I was on the phone for 23 minutes this time. He took all my details and put me on hold while getting my card details. He cut me off! He had already taken my phone number so I thought that he would ring me back. He didn't. I then went into the branch and physically handed over the prescription. I live 40 minutes drive away. I saw a very helpful assistant Jooni. She was kind considerate and helpful. I was at my wits end having spent most of the morning online trying to organise something that should have been very simple.”

“As I have recently been diagnosed with bells palsy i am so insecure of my facial features, my eye was extremely dry due to non closure and I went to the pharmacy for advice I met this lovely lady behind the pharmacy with short blonde hair (unfortunately she didnt have a name badge on) she was incredible, she went above and beyond for me today and even wished me well on my recovery. The world needs more people like this lady. Thank you for no judgement. Angel sent from above. I hope Boots recognise you as a fabulous employee.”

“Always clean, well organised, good selection of products. Staff have always been friendly and approachable. Never had a queue at the checkouts. The scan and shop works well. John Lewis collection point very convenient. Free coffee for Waitrose card holders. Quickly becoming our go-to store.”

She helped me chose a foundation and a setting spray that would be perfect she even colour matched and give me tips on applying everything. She was very kind and made sure to ask lots of questions!”

“Currently coming to the end of my holiday and it was a perfect shop to get a bit of stock for the caravan perfect location if your in Hemsby area had all the stock we needed like milk, eggs, cereal, quick meals like chicken, burgers etc, crisps, biscuits, water, coffee, tea, cleaning, washing supplies etc, parking was also pretty decent as well easy to find a parking spot and lots of disabled bays which were easy to park in, isles were labelled perfectly and isles were very roomy isles were also very light and it was easy to read labels, staff seemed very friendly and polite. Shop floor was very clean as well, decently priced as well. Only thing I would say is it does get quite cold in the shop. Overall good shop for any holiday goers in Hemsby area.”

Lulu was brilliant, really knowledgeable about no.7 products and very kind and patient with my (indecisive) daughter. Thank you Lulu... we had a perfect customer experience today.”

“The staff here are wonderful and hard working but the store isn't open half the time due to staff shortages. This has led to people missing vital medications and suffering physical damage and withdrawal due to them running out of medications. Whoever owns this business needs to pay their staff better and ensure the shop is open during the listed times. I can't recommend anyone use this as a primary pharmacy for the sake of safety. Edit of this review: I've purchased their home delivery option and they've been really helpful in having this setup on my account. I've also seen heard and seen that they've massively improved on the previous issues. The staff are really helpful and patient. I'm going to change this review to a higher rating.
