“I attended this pharmacy for a pre-booked covid vaccination. The counter assistant appeared very promptly to greet me, was polite and pleasant and asked me to take a seat. Even though I was a little early, within about 2 minutes I was called into the consultation room for my jab. The pharmacist who gave me the jab, Sunil, was friendly yet professional and took the time to have a little chat whilst doing the jab. Community pharmacies often get a bad rap nowadays however I found this one welcoming and efficient, and would definitely use their services again”

She really listened to my issue and promptly responded to my emails and called me when she said she was going to. I can't speak highly enough of her. I'd definitely recommend e-surgery to anyone.”

“This pharmacy was so helpful, after 6 others didn't have my medication and said they could maybe order it but no guarantees as low in stock, they had half my prescription in stock and said they could order the rest no problem then they text me when it was ready. “Had to visit sainsbury's yesterday didn't realise that there wasxa Lloyd's in their just had a blood test that morning and had been told to buy a blood pressure monitor. The lady I spoke to was brilliant I have had a stroke and she shared some fantastic advice. I made a blood pressure monitor from them because of her help. I'm sorry i didnt make a note of her name apologies but with staff as good as her your the pharmacy of choice.”

The only gripe I have is some of the staff members are not quiet and in a shop with a long queue, asking for assistance with finding a personal item can easily be broadcast across the shop. They have a consultation room so if you have a personal or private issue you need some medication for, use the consulting room.”

“So.. I Don't know what previous reviewers are talking about because they definitely wouldn't be talking about the pharmacist who I've seen the past 8 months. Must be an on call one. If they are on about Osama then they must have been rude and aggressive towards him firdt because he's literally the nicest calmest man I've ever met. So whoever they are. Are completely wrong if it is about him. Despite issues with staff shortages now and again, I can honestly say I will stay with this pharmacy as long as Osama is there. He's the nicest pharmacist I have ever met. Treats you more like a friend and I actually enjoy coming once a week for a chat when I pick my meds up. I understand people's frustration but he's literally doing all he can for us all, if you want a nice pharmacist who doesnt judge and actually listens then come here. “Running late for Covid booster, phoned to apologise, and find out how to rebook, explained we were only 2miles away, told to come to pharmacy straight away. When we arrived we were asked into the “injection room” where we were asked the normal questions, before being given our injections. They were very friendly and efficient, working well as a team, despite our being late. Thank you”
