“Had a fabulous experience here - cheerful and highly efficient service, great food reasonably priced and well presented. Definitely a highlight of our visit to the broads and a happy ending to our boat adventure. We were exited about trying the cake which was also good quality and a generous portion, but the Victoria sponge was a little too sweet for our liking, but that is probably more a matter of personal preference. “Moored up in a hire cruiser about half a mile away and had a walk down with friends and the dogs. We managed to get seated outside which was perfect as the weather was glorious. Full English breakfasts all round. Absolutely delicious and at £11.95 I'd say bang on the average pricing. Top quality ingredients served on a nice hot plate, which is always a lovely touch. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be calling in again.”

“I use the Olympic-size swimming pool here, which is excellent and well maintained. At £6.70 a session, it’s perhaps on the pricier side, but the facilities are very good. My main gripe, however, is not with the venue but with some pool users. Please stop wearing perfume (or strong scents) in the pool. It’s unpleasant to smell and even taste while swimming. There’s a reason we’re asked to shower thoroughly before entering, it keeps the water clean and comfortable for everyone. I’d love to see this rule enforced more strictly. A gentle reminder from staff could make a big difference to the experience for all swimmers.”
