“Tasty Seafood Treat at Wok & Go I tried the small MEE GEE SEAFOOD BOX at Wok & Go, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the portion was surprisingly filling for a small box. The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice, welcoming vibe. I also have to mention the staff—super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving some tasty noodles and a relaxed spot to enjoy them, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I’ll be back for sure!”

“Nice little find tonight whilst staying in Nottingham, reasonably priced for the variety on offer, welcomed with a smile, seated straight away as a walkin, nice to see a chocolate fountain flowing and lovely suprise with the ice cream machine, all the dishes were hot replaced quickly when running low, not salty as some buffets tend to be, value for money.”

“Fantastic authentic Chinese food. I found this place by chance when we walked in the city center. The food was very tasty and they had amazing vegetables and meat. If you are fan of spicy food they have some fantastic spicy dishes. My favorite is the special chicken pot, I love the thing that many of their hot pots come with a candle underneath to keep the food hot and delicious. The staf is very friendly and the place is beautifully designed. Definitely we will come back.”

“We've been using a takeaway that's a 10/15 minute drive away for years as all the local ones we've tried have been poor. We realised we hadn't tried here so gave it ago recently. We now have a new favorite Chinese! Delicious food and great portions!”

“Run by a lovely woman. Perfect sized portion, delicious and safe. The food leans on the more traditional side rather than the British Chinese takeaway that most people imagine. The only possible downside was the packaging but that was more my fault than theirs. The place has a lovely vibe inside too with lots of space to sit and wait for food.”

“I brought special fried rice sweet and sour prawn balls and spring rolls it was still warm and very tasty when I got it to my fiancees house we both enjoyed the food every thing was great and if you like Cantonese or Chinese give happy house a.try I went past two other Chinese/ catanese take away on a tip from a friend and I will say u will be happy you did. It dose live upto its name of happy house and nice and quick hot tastey food perfectly cooked also there is plenty of parking in the council house car park just across the road I think you be so happy with happy house you want need to look any further for your favourite take away. “Lived in Ilkeston for over 20 years, never managed to have a nice Chinese takeaway. We normally go to Oriental Chef in Sandiacre (but have to collect). Tonight we tried Sue's Kitchen, easy to order on the phone, quick delivery, food was nice & hot and it tasted great too.”

“Notice that all the Chinese people (who understand the cuisine and order real Chinese food) who review this restaurant give it high ratings. This is because those who give very low reviews are people who don’t understand the cuisine. Waiting area is a bit dirty but it’s a takeaway so that doesn’t matter. Food is slightly inconsistent but consistently better than other local takeaways. Staff are friendly and efficient.”

“Absolutely astonishing how Chinese fast food could be taken to that level of perfection. The staff were very nice, the food was nicely packaged with no leaking of sauces or food and they even had a kid playing the piano and performing while I ordered and waited for my food! Honestly, from my point of view, Dragon Palace took Chinese food to a whole new level. As a child I use to love the smell of the packaging mixed with the food inside. This just brings back memories! I am writing this as a first person personal expierience as well as on the behalf of my family, who also really enjoys the cuisines made my this restaurant.”
