“I just wanted to share my thoughts....despite some concerning reviews, I kept open minded as everyone is entitled to an honest opinion on their experiences. I ordered over £500 stock via a video call. The call was swift, smooth and well organised. They have fantastic stock to suit most sellers. I'm a shop owner and my stock sells incredible well via online and in store. Yes delivery was a little longer than I really wanted as I had to wait for 7 to 10 days but I knew this from the get go. Vault make all the small print obvious as I see it all the time social media etc. I also purchase from their website as again there is clear and accurate descriptions on products. Running a business will always bring a risk but if you don't try you don't get. I like them and their stock!!”

“Fast service without any cheerful frills. My order was correct and hot. There is plenty of outside seating, and the carpark is adequate. Electric car charging on site by Instavolt for 2 vehicles. Disabled parking location is perfect, next to the entrance. Only negative: men's toilet could have been cleaner. The seat was unpleasant, to say the least, with dried on stains. Luckily, I had wet wipes with me .”

“Me and my partner visited the store this morning, We were greeted by Jamil who helped us find the sofa we've been looking for, he explained to us how all the fabrics and colours are customisable and even the modular layout of the sofa it's self can be customised to suit which was perfect for us. We didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot and we left to look around the other furniture stores in the area, After some thought we returned later to purchase the sofa Jamil had custom created for us based on what we wanted. The service and knowledge from Jamil was excellent and we couldn't of asked for anything more, Looking forwards to getting our new sofa soon!”

Staff were excellent in sorting this and checking with the other store how the error had occurred. The manager then honoured the price that we should have paid even though it had been labelled incorrectly in Meadowhall. Really lovely girl serving us, I think her name was Hannah, and the manager was excellent (but I didn’t get his name). Great service all round.”
