“Found this place whilst wandering around Hockley looking for somewhere to eat, and boy are we glad we did! Cool place with lovely staff and awesome pizza. Love the amount of vegan options too!”

“The food was incredible, cooked to perfection. Dishes were a good size and the food was divine. The drink was also great. Enjoyed the experience. Staff service was slow however it was busy. It’s took time to get our drinks ordered and the food between plates was a bit slow. Positive part of the service the staff was really friendly and made the experience great ! However the food made up for this. The atmosphere was also great. Will come again and definitely recommend the establishment.”

“Nottingham's got some amazing pizza places and this is certainly up there with the best of them! We popped in on a Friday afternoon, got a table outside in the sunshine and ordered what turned out to be a huuuge Detroit style pizza and 2 pints of Deya Steady Rolling Man. Service was very personable and very fast and before we knew it, we were drinking our beer and tucking into our pie. First bite was heaven. The sauce was packed with flavour and the seasoning was perfectly balanced. The crust had crispy melted cheese all round it which was gorgeous. We couldn't finish it in the end so the waiter offered to box it up for us. The beer was well kept and there was a big selection. Always a fan of Deya though. 10% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. I'm generally not a fan of this growing trend. I do generally tip 10% anyway but I like that to be my choice. Overall, I'll definitely be going back to Slice 'n' Brew (my kids wouldn't forgive me if I didn't take them at some point). Amazing pizza and craft beer in a great location. Keep it up!!”

“First time here (Thurs 10/4/25), but it certainly won't be the last !! What a great little independently run italian restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. It smells amazing just walking in. Mario looked after us mostly, with the help of a young lady later on. Food is top notch, we had steaks for main course, 1 sirloin & 1 fillet. Cooked perfectly & with a great sauce too. Starters were gorgeous & good sized portions (garlic mushrooms & paté), and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert is just amazing....the tiramisu is also very good. Just writing this review makes me want to go back again - right now !! Thanks Luigi's, we'll be back !!”

“Without doubt one of the best restaurants in town, the ramen is always superb. Full of flavours and textures, it’s cozy and a very good place to have a confort food. The radish cake is surprisingly good. Better if you book a reservation before visiting”

“Nice service and great food! Definitely try the sushi and sashimi dinner set (28 pounds including 12 pieces of sashimi, 6 pieces of sushi and 6 pieces of nigiri ( roughly) and dessert!!! Hot sake is also nice to try!”

“Nice place to sit and have coffee. A little "darker" than the likes of Starbucks and Costa in terms of decor, but definitely a .ore casual and relaxed environment. Flat white was tasty, and,.bonus, you take a number and then bring your drinks to the table.”

“We went for our second time recently, a year after the first time. The first time was OK, but this time the food was really great and tasty. Both times were on a Saturday for a late lunch. We took quite a few yakitori, including the aubergine, which was so good we took another one. Also had a fried rice to carb load. Great food, very fast. Not overly friendly but efficient. Good choice of sake too.”

“A beautiful meal at Prezzo tonight. We had three courses and they were all delicious! The star of the show was definitely the cookie dough which was recommended by our super helpful waiter Mauricio, who couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely be back.”

“Fantastic food and service for our wedding anniversary dinner. Atmosphere excellent until 4 obnoxious and entitled diners took offence for 3 young girls waiting for their take out food behind their table. The diners were absolutely in the wrong in this situation and spoiled the atmosphere for all other diners by their behaviour. Old enough to know better and should be ashamed of themselves. If I were the owner I would have kicked them out!”

“Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Adam the new landlord was very welcoming. The pub has also had a very tasteful makeover since coming under new management to bring it's decor up to date which has enhanced the atmosphere too. All in all the perfect, family friendly country pub.”

We ordered via buono website an got free garlic bread ab that was again 10/10. Chicken poppers. 10/10 Meatballs 10/10 Faultless. Great portion, friendly on collection, fair priced, made fresh, will be a returning customer & highly recommend.”

“Always have the best experience at Wagamama's and when we visit the outlet, it’s definitely our go to. The food and drinks came out in perfect timing as sometimes they can take a while/come in different orders such as starters after the mains. The seating was appropriate, trying to space people out as much as possible. Food was delicious as always and the best spicy margarita I have ever had!”
