“From walking in you’re greeted warmly by the receptionist, the waiting area is beautifully clean and there’s a relaxed atmosphere, which is great when you have an elderly, excitable pug as we have. The vet was fab and he handled Frank with an ease and friendliness and a good understanding of the breed. Communication was great. Explanation of what the problem was, how we go about fixing it, what meds he was going to prescribe and why, was crystal clear. I had a lovely conversation with Danielle , the young lady on reception . She was interested in my pet and even printed off information sheets for me .
