“My visit to QA hospital was very positive and I was extremely happy with how I was looked after. I arrived at 8 o clock in the morning by an ambulance (the two paramedics were amazing, and helped me to stay calm). I was in A&E for 9 1/2 hours, and in that time every medical professional I spoke to was caring, thorough and explained things to me so I could understand . This reassured me. I must express that I have never visited an A&E department that has ever been that busy before and there wasn’t enough chairs or standing up space for patients and relatives, however, it didn’t take away from the standard of care that I received.”

“The whole team at this surgery are absolutely fantastic. The Dr's really do have our best interests at heart and really do care!! Unfortunately, my previous Dr's surgery failed me and half of my problems are from the lack of care they provided to me. Gosport Medical Centre actually do what is best for you... rather than just doing something to shut you up or get rid of you. I literally can't fault their patience, understanding and perseverance. They are non judgemental, and make you feel like your health & wellness is in good hands when you need help. The best decision I ever made was moving to this surgery. The receptionists are so lovely too and make phoning in so much easier. I am currently receiving treatment for an ongoing problem and this surgery have gone above the call of duty to take time out to ensure I'm receiving everything I need. This week will be my last week on my treatment plan and I honestly cannot thank them enough. Had I of had the support from a surgery like this years ago, I feel I would have recovered years ago too. THANK YOU for helping me to build my life back up. You're all amazing and anyone registered at this surgery are very lucky to have you all.”

My mum couldn't get an appointment at ger local surgery, so we came to somerstown, and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and couldn't do enough for us which was a relief as my mum hadnt long been discharged from hospital and we were a little lost. The nhs is struggling at the moment (as highly reported on in the media), and that isn't the fault of the staff - they do as much as they can with what they have - an underfunded service.”

“We had to visit the Children’s Emergency Department today as our daughter developed a very high temperature. The entire staff did an amazing job! It also happened to be her birthday today. When they found out, they organised a present for her — such a thoughtful gesture. At the same time, they carried out all the necessary tests and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thanks to the antibiotic they provided, we were able to go ahead with our weekend plans. I can’t express how much I appreciate the care and kindness we received. They truly made our day by giving our daughter a little birthday gift, despite the circumstances. Well done, and thank you so much!”

“Went here today to have a copper IUD inserted. The doctor who saw me was fantastic and the nurse who let me hold her hand was lovely. The doctor was extremely thorough and considerate, he offered local anaesthetic (which I didn't take but was appreciative of the offer) and had everything ready to go when I walked in so the process was very quick. Contrary to many reviews, booking the appointment was easy, on the Let's Talk About It website. Book as soon as you can though as there weren't many appointment slots to choose from. I would recommend this service to anyone considering an IUD.”
