“Really satisfied with my Toolstation experience. The team were running around like little ants making sure everything was running smoothly and the chap wearing the pirate costume that served me was a wonderful bloke. I think his name was Neale but he had his name badge on upside down so he may have actually been Alien or something. There was also a very hairy chap called Matt, staring into space in the car park who after I’d woken him from his dazed state welcomed me to the store as he was about to start work. He’d just finished putting on a pair of boots and took the time to ask me if I could tie his shoelaces as they confused him. It was wonderful to be invited into the store by Matt, he really knows how to treat customers and should be given some kind of making the customer happy position within the store. Maybe make him a tea boy or something similar once we’re through the pandemic. It’s staff like this make the experience so much better. All in all it was a great experience and I shall be returning.”

It was our first time hiring equipment from Jewson like this and we felt really well informed and comfortable taking it back and using it on our own. Drop off was really easy too. That doesn't change the fact that they have a decent offering of own branded products. In my opinion they are really worth the price even for their cheaper offerings.
