βThe Spinnaker Ward recently looked after mum, sadly she had a cardiac arrest while in their care. I would like to thank all of the staff for their dedication and care. Mum made so much progress while with you, but her heart decided otherwise. I want to thank Nurse In Charge Leonie especially, a true angel in dark blue! As an RN I know how hard this can be, but you were brilliant with mum and the aftercare and compassion that you showed us a family was lovely. I thank you all for your care and compassion.β
βI want to give a very big thank you to fairways contact team for all the help and support in a difficult time, At first I was very worried about being judged, and also thinking about it being uncomfortable, but right from the start these two for me as been amazing from start to finish, Luke & Lauren amazing individuals, with different styles of working using their experience of life to make a bad situation as happy and comfortable as possible, I am so grateful for everything, and I wish you two the best in the future, keep on helping others the same way you helped me, God bless, one love, and respect Yours thankful Ramon Montaqueβ
βI recently completed the Compassion and Curiosity Course with Catherine and Kate through Talking Therapies, and itβs been a truly transformative experience. Their warmth, insight, and gentle guidance created a safe and supportive space to learn. Through the course, Iβve developed a βtoolboxβ of soothing techniques to help me navigate lifeβs stresses, and I now have a much deeper understanding of myself and my emotions. Iβm so grateful for everything Iβve learned and would highly recommend Talking Therapies to anyone looking to build emotional resilience and self-awareness. Thank you ladies!β
βI have nothing to complain about here. A small catchment area Surgery, with two very nice and attentive Doctors. Friendly reception staff and clean and tidy waiting area.β
βIβve had a few bad experiences before however Iβm currently in Howard ward with my little boy and I can not fault the level of care! They were compassionate and will genuinely take the time out of their day to help you A massive thank you to the lady last night who came in simply to give him a cuddle and take the load off me for a bit the people working in this ward genuinely care and it really makes a differenceβ
βMy visit to QA hospital was very positive and I was extremely happy with how I was looked after. I arrived at 8 o clock in the morning by an ambulance (the two paramedics were amazing, and helped me to stay calm). I was in A&E for 9 1/2 hours, and in that time every medical professional I spoke to was caring, thorough and explained things to me so I could understand . This reassured me. I must express that I have never visited an A&E department that has ever been that busy before and there wasnβt enough chairs or standing up space for patients and relatives, however, it didnβt take away from the standard of care that I received.β
βAll of the staff in the eye car department could not have been better today for my mum she was out at ease and all the staff made mum feel very comfortable and relaxed, SARAH deputy sister, LIAM & BEVERLEY on the ward could not have been more attentive. Thank you to all of you for taking such good care of my mum I really appreciate it.β
βHave been a patient here for over 10 years. Reccomend so highly that I recently brought my wife and son over too which they accommodated. Other surgeries seem to struggle with demand but I always feel like here I am valued and appointments are made much quicker. Professional staff working in a high pressure environment. Have seen a few doctors change but my level of care has remained consistent.β
βI needed an emergency prescription for some painkillers for my gout. Salisbury practice were able to facilitate this late request late in the day before the Easter bank holiday weekend. Many thanks especially to the reception/admin team and the GP.β
βVery easy to arrange appointment and service was the best. Special thanks to nurse Sam to be so kind and professionalβ
βI couldn't see my normal GP and was sent to an out of hours one at this local center. I was very impressed with the calm and patience the doctor I saw had, and their care. Everyone from the staff at the reception, the nurse and the GP was very nice, polite and empathetic, nothing felt rushed, I felt listened to and they made me feel at ease! The layout may need a bit of TLC, but to me the staff and overall experience mattered the most. Thank you to everyone who works there!β
βStaff work incredibly hard, especially behind the scenes. My mum couldn't get an appointment at ger local surgery, so we came to somerstown, and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and couldn't do enough for us which was a relief as my mum hadnt long been discharged from hospital and we were a little lost. The nhs is struggling at the moment (as highly reported on in the media), and that isn't the fault of the staff - they do as much as they can with what they have - an underfunded service.β
βWe had to visit the Childrenβs Emergency Department today as our daughter developed a very high temperature. The entire staff did an amazing job! It also happened to be her birthday today. When they found out, they organised a present for her β such a thoughtful gesture. At the same time, they carried out all the necessary tests and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thanks to the antibiotic they provided, we were able to go ahead with our weekend plans. I canβt express how much I appreciate the care and kindness we received. They truly made our day by giving our daughter a little birthday gift, despite the circumstances. Well done, and thank you so much!β
βWent here today to have a copper IUD inserted. The doctor who saw me was fantastic and the nurse who let me hold her hand was lovely. The doctor was extremely thorough and considerate, he offered local anaesthetic (which I didn't take but was appreciative of the offer) and had everything ready to go when I walked in so the process was very quick. Contrary to many reviews, booking the appointment was easy, on the Let's Talk About It website. Book as soon as you can though as there weren't many appointment slots to choose from. I would recommend this service to anyone considering an IUD.β
βI have been with this surgery for a lot of years now and I think they are brilliant. All staff, from reception, through to GPβs are extremely helpful and friendly.β
βI lived in uk since 2004.in my uk life i have never seen doctor like dr york.i can't explain how good she is.last year I suffered urine infection about 3 months.i been several time to gp but no medicine helping me that time dr york gave me 7 days course of antibiotics. It's helping me.today I seen again for some issues, she explain to me so nicely and give me some medicine. I think she is the best example for best doctor.β
βI am a severely diabetic patient wholly dependent on insulin and other medicine. This surgery was superb in triaging my emergency with regard to time, efficiency, and courtesy. The receptionist was compassionate and respectful and the nursing staff at both locations are excellent. I cannot thank Donna and Pemma enough for the seriousness with which they took my situation.β
βSaw a lovely doctor today Dr Erdal. She was very pleasant and thorough.β
βBest GP practice Iβve been to , changed from a different one that was shocking! I have nothing but absolute praise for the care , kindness and consistency of consideration shown to myself and my partner since joining the practice ! Thorough friendly doctors, when they book an appointment for you they keep it !! Unlike the previous practice, Iβd like to sincerely thank each and every one of them for all their hard work in these really difficult times . Massive thanks for superb service !β
βOnly recently joined the practice and even though it can ( like everywhere ) be difficult to see a doctor . The reception staff are always helpful . The calls from the doctors always come on the day booked for . Nurse practitioners are amazing and able to speak to a doctor on your behalf . And blood tests with Helen are always painful and Helen very friendly and likes a laughβ
βAs a new patient at the willow group I have been impressed with the level of service offered. Dr Ali is the consummate professional who has gone above and beyond on every single consultation Iβve had with him in the last week. I cannot rate him enough and hope that he receives the recognition he deserves. When Iβve called the reception staff are always helpful and friendly, immediately supportive of my needs. I do agree that the econsult process is difficult and appears to be ineffective - perhaps this is an area that could be improved. Overall, Iβm delighted with the service being offered and feel listened to by those I have engaged with.β
βI hope this could serve a recent review for everyone looking for this practice. I will review this 5 stars because I never had a problem with this practice only minor issues of miscommunication. I have two children and both of them were under the care of this GP alternating Highlands Surgery too as they are now Meon Health Practice Partnership. Every time I called in I was never refused, every time my child had a problem, a sickness, anything I was seen on the day either in Whiteley or Fareham. I was happy with that as someone who struggles with health anxiety myself. The reception ladies are always polite which is hard to find nowadays especially within GPs. They always helped me, sorting out with prescriptions last minute. I also had my blood tests done there with the nurses and they were incredibly quick and lovely. I did not need the service for myself as all my problem were attended by A&E. But for my children they went above and beyond. So thank you!β
