“I have really bad trust issues with garages these days more so than most. I’ve just started using these guys to work on a few of my cars and cannot recommend them enough. I gave my e61 to them to fit a couple of drive shafts that I had supplied, the job was more difficult than first anticipated due to the driveshafts being stuck in there, the price did not deviate at all from the quote. Most importantly though, they had forgotten to re attach one of the hight sensors for the rear air suspension. I noticed this upon collection and without hesitation they got it straight on the ramp and sorted the issue. We are all human and we call forget things and it’s especially easy to forget the dozens of needless sensors fitted to modern day cars. The key take away here is that the blame wasn’t put on me as a customer and they held their hands up to the issue, this is an attribute that I feel is EXTREMELY rare these days and almost unheard of even at main dealer level, and for that reason alone I hope to give them much more work and you should consider doing so too if you’re reading this review deciding which garage to take your car too. Honesty and integrity is everything. And these guys certainly have that in abundance.”

“Amazing service and my loyalty will remain with them forever ...they came to my rescue after my car went into battery failure mode and shut down. Took RAC 5 hours to come out to me - on my own no lights nothing and no street lights - since rejoined the AA. Called them the next morning and they said get the recovery lorry to bring it over and they replaced the battery within a day and a half plus diagnostic checks. Their honestly and professionalism is five stars plus their friendliness, communication and positive attitude just tops everything. Judi”

“Continues to provide great service, customer relations and cost effective solutions. Nobody likes a repair bill but Olly and the team always take time to explain why and you feel like you get a personal service. They are accommodating, helpful and work hard to meet timescales. Most recently I had a clutch issue requiring recovery and significant repair. Within 20 hours the car was sat ready to drive again outside my home when I returned from work.”

“Darren at Mulgari has amazing expertise and experience. I wanted the biggest front brakes I could get into my remapped TTS as I race it on track days and have warped 2 sets of front discs before, due to overheating them. With Darren's help, I researched and sourced a set-up usually used as an ultimate upgrade for a TTRS. Darren fitted the kit to my TTS and did an amazing metalwork re-shaping job with the existing backplates so they, not only fit the bigger discs perfectly, but they also have an extra opening so my brake cooling ducts point right at the discs. The job Darren has done is remarkable. And with his race driving experience he helps prioritise the modification work to the car that produces the most cost effective gains for track day racing. I can only add that I recommend the expertise and work quality of Mulgari above all other places.”

“i rang in a panic thinking a light newly illuminated on my dash was a brake warning. Altough they couldn't book it in in the near future they said they d check exactly what was going on that day. It was nothing to do with brakes and just tyre pressure. They happily offered to do the tyres for me and would nt take payment. In this day and age i was thrilled. i followedanother lady who was thanking one of the guys for being so helpful and spending so much time with her though she barely spent any money in the end. He said 'No problem, maybe you ll come back.'. How fantastic.”

I knew of two possible advisories before the MOT and they found and recorded both. In both cases told me that there was no immediate concern and would probably last a good couple of years but to keep an eye on it. Good honest mechanics are hard to find in this day and age.
