Samsung with aggressive malware app installed on older gentleman's phone and screen repaired within a day (Sunday - Monday too).. Then my badly smashed up screen sorted in 45 mins while I went to the local shops. Use this guy he is the real deal, friendly and the dog is too - all good, no pressure here at all. “I have really bad trust issues with garages these days more so than most. I’ve just started using these guys to work on a few of my cars and cannot recommend them enough. I gave my e61 to them to fit a couple of drive shafts that I had supplied, the job was more difficult than first anticipated due to the driveshafts being stuck in there, the price did not deviate at all from the quote. Most importantly though, they had forgotten to re attach one of the hight sensors for the rear air suspension. I noticed this upon collection and without hesitation they got it straight on the ramp and sorted the issue. We are all human and we call forget things and it’s especially easy to forget the dozens of needless sensors fitted to modern day cars. The key take away here is that the blame wasn’t put on me as a customer and they held their hands up to the issue, this is an attribute that I feel is EXTREMELY rare these days and almost unheard of even at main dealer level, and for that reason alone I hope to give them much more work and you should consider doing so too if you’re reading this review deciding which garage to take your car too. Honesty and integrity is everything. And these guys certainly have that in abundance.”

“We had damp appear and rather than wait months for our local dealer we used Berkshire Caravan repairs on a recommendation. We were booked in quickly and they did a thorough check of everything. We had a full service and re-seal of all the joints as they had split. No major damage with the damp area in question, just need to keep an eye on the area. Caravan was collected 2 weeks later, all good to go. Very professional company, no rip off charges, friendly and very honest. Pointed out a few other issues that our local dealer had failed to do.
