“Great selection at the bakery. I had a croissant, which was big and very tasty. Flaky on the outside and squishy on the inside. The coffee was great too. Bonus points for it being in a decent sized mug. I love coffee and go to a lot of artisan coffee shops, but some of them serve a latte in a tiny glass. I like a big coffee. Busy but lots of seating and outdoor seating too.”

“Did a group food cooking class for 6 people with Pet. Had a fantastic time. The food we made (vegan red Thai curry) was delicious and Pet did a fantastic job explaining how to cook everything well and to each person's individual tastes. The mocktails we had were delicious. I would definitely consider doing another class for a different dish again.”

“Staff seamed very happy, attentive, polite and friendly. Really makes a difference. Food good and really hot too. I was a little bit disappointed with the seasonal vegetables being just lots of peas with a little bit of carrot but the peas where really nice and sweet!”

“Shoutout to Aaron the manager who goes above and beyond and is an asset the Greene King. This is a very friendly pub, with a convenient car park and plentiful menu. Their portions are great, you won’t be hungry after! Very dog friendly too with a special doggy treats area. Nice selection of alcohol free drinks too. A proper pub.”

“We used to get this delivered when we lived in bramley and it was lush.. tho the week day balti had a lot more taste than the weekend delivery so thinking maybe two different chefs..now moved back to Basingstoke we tried several places for a balti and none have come close to how tasty this one is.. it’s definitely our favourite Indian takeaway by far . Highly recommend”

“Best pizza that I have had in a long, long time. I had a Hot Bite which had great flavour as well as the heat and their special garlic bread with cheese is out of this world. They also had a gluten free option which kept my wife happy and seemed to have plenty of meal deal options. Cheers guys. Will definitely be back”

“This is probably my favourite chinese takeaway, always very friendly and helpful. Meets dietary requirements such as gluten-free. Food tastes great and is always high quality. It feels like such a welcoming place, e.g. We once went there wanting fish and chips, but it said "no fish and chips, fryer is broken." We went in and said,"we were going to order fish and chips, but we see the fryer broke." She thought for a second and said, "No, you're regular, we make especially for you." This really made my day, and as a bonus, every time it's someone's birthday and we go, they give us fortune cookies for free!”

“Just ordered food from Seasons for our office and everyone loved it. The Quality of the food was amazing! The taste of the Patties, Jerk Chicken and Dumplings was excellent!!! “This place serves just about the best fish and chips I have eaten anywhere, I can’t rate / recommend highly enough. The food is absolutely spot on and friendly, cheerful service too. Good value at £9.10 for small cod, chips and mushy peas which were generous portion sizes. The fish is cooked freshly to order and has a nice crunchy batter and perfectly cooked white fish inside. The chips from here are absolutely fantastic - cooked to perfection with a nice golden brown colour, crispy on the outside and soft potato inside. Whatever their cooking process is, double frying, and choice of potato they have it just right and consistently so. I can only assume that the people giving bad reviews are those who like their chips to be the soggy wet undercooked mess all stuck together and stuck to the paper that some other places seem to think it’s acceptable to serve - ignore them, this is fish and chips at its very best!”

“Me and my friend went to Hungry Birds to find a cheap and good quality snack to keep us fueled for the rest of the day and we ordered an oreo waffle which I would say took quite long to get but it was definitely worth it. About halfway into me and my friend eating boss man gave us a free portion of chips. I WILL go again”
