“A very relaxed and friendly water sports centre. Lots of waterskiing while I was there but they do other water based activities too. Basic changing areas, a small cafe, plenty of kit.”

“I visited the Fitness Superstore Camberley/Frimley showroom to purchase a new piece of cardio equipment. I did not feel rushed, I was encouraged to try out the equipment as much as I liked. I loved that the staff member who dealt with me (Olivia) was extremely knowledgeable about all of the equipment. She knew all of the brands inside-out and the differences between the different machines. Olivia also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, where it would be used, how often it would be used etc, this meant that Olivia was recommending the best equipment for my specific needs. I ended up changing my mind about what type of machine I wanted and Olivia talked me through my decision and explained that the choice I'd made was the right one for my circumstances. This assured me that I was getting good value for money on the product I chose. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived in good condition. I could not be more happy with the service I received, and I'm also very happy with the specific product I ordered and have received. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore, particularly their Camberley/Frimley branch, and I'm particularly grateful to Olivia for how awesome she was throughout the whole experience.”

“Staff at RunnersNeed has excellent costumer service. Lady (unfortunately I don’t know her name, but she had lovely glasses) helped me a lot with choosing the right shoes. You can measure your feet there, run on a treadmill to check what shoes you need and then test them too. With such a great experience I could buy my shoes only there. I just wish there was more colour selection!”

“Great camping store. Prices can be a little high, but they keep last seasons stock on display a lot longer than other places (on v good discounts). Staff are helpful, even for finding additional sale items. Thoroughly recommend for DoE/Scout Awards expedition clothing. Tents, would still go for Black's own brand.”

“Good prices, great quality, lots of my clothes are from here. The baby section is big and affordable! Even have Halloween outfits which are adorable! The clothes last ages. Bought shoes and hair accessories from here too they have lots and lots including home bits too!”

“Great customer service from Dom .Bought school shoes & casual shoes for teenager. Dom was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about fit , purpose and care of shoes so made the experience painless and cheerful after a hard afternoon of school uniform shopping. Nice bright air conditioned shop & bonus was teenagers old shoes were taken for proper recycling at same time as he wore the new ones home. Will definitely return .”

“I needed a new pair of comfortable shoes for work and have been recommended Skechers many times. Alessia was incredibly helpful and patient with me, and spent a lot of time helping me try on many different shoes, including a lot of weird sizing requests, as apparently I don't know my own foot size, and digging out the matching pair for display shoes which I found more comfortable. I came, expecting to browse and consider my options for future purchase, as I'm very indecisive and have weirdly shaped feet. I left, very happy, with two pairs of shoes, due to exceptional customer service.”

“After years of cut ankles and sore feet i went into the Farnborough shop .The lady working came over asks me a few questions on what i was looking for ? I told how i never get the right foorwear for walking . She spent time with me and advised me on the best boots for me which i bought and two types of socks as well thanks to her expert advise. She also informed me of the bits they sell for dogs which i have passed o to friends who also walk dogs. I have been out and walk 12,000 steps this morning and can say not one bit of pain or blister to be seen . Staff like this lady is very rare to find hope to visit again soon as she told about jackets which i also like the look of. Big thankyou for all her kind help and advice.”
