Patrycja and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and professional and clearly have an underlying interest in the welfare of our pets. Equally we are very thankful with the time taken to explain the procedures our cats have had to take, from recovery to costings.”

Dr. Callum is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with cats, especially with Ragdolls, which was a huge relief after visiting other vets who didn’t fully understand the breed. “Fantastic team work, fantastic staff on tills, fantastic pharmacy team. The till staff work their way down the queue quickly, prescriptions are always ready, you should be so proud of yourselves. I for one won't go anywhere else, there is nowhere this efficient. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. If i could give this pharmacy more stars than i would. Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. Please use this pharmacy & avoid others, i honestly can't rate the overall effectiveness & amazing team they have there. You should all feel so proud, the manager/big bosses too. Thank you”

“Emergency appointment booked for the day, was seen very quickly and was really taken care of. vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made my cat feel pretty safe, tall order as she's quite a nervous thing. Building was clean and all steps were taken to maintain social distancing with from car queuing and plenty of hand sanitizer available.”

“Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”

I had to do 2 claims recently and learning about the process, when you raise any claims on pet insurance portal if you give direct branch email, process will be smooth because branch is very responsive once they receive email from insurance provider. Very happy with service.”

“Took my 12 week old Cocker spaniel Murphy in for his second set of vaccinations. I was a bit anxious as he has never been to a vet with me before but he absolutely loved it there, the ladies on reception made such a fuss of him and he was lapping it up. Hamid the vet was very professional and I’m not sure if Murphy actually realised that he’d been vaccinated his tail never stopped wagging . Future care was discussed with me and I’m pleased to know that Murphy will be in good hands.”

“Chris felstead- I have been with him for 10 years. Other vets fail to correctly diagnose and their response to all appointments has been in leave in Overnight or carry out extortionate tests. 99% have failed to identify, where Chris has always recommended at home treatments where possible. I no longer have insurance since it was tripled with no explanation and no ongoing illnesses, and so all treatments are self funded. I really wish that veterinary practices were more fairly/reasonably priced, but understand that this is a huge money making industry. I am very nervous and sceptical about booking any other vet than Chris. Have standards / qualifications dropped in this field or do many no longer care? Perhaps their owning companies have set financial targets per appointment?”

“Absolutely fantastic with my dog Bruno, he spent a whole day there to have his teeth done and on picking him up he was extremely calm and wagging his tail to say goodbye to everyone, staff where wonderful with him and contacted me a few times throughout the day.
