“Went for Sunday lunch. I've been meaning to try it out and wasn't disappointed. I had the beef cheeks (special of the day) which were melt in the mouth. The portions are very generous with a separate boat of gravy to go with the mushroom and ale sauce it came with. The service was top notch and the beer (Thornbridge Jaipur) was just the right pint to go with the meal. My partner had the turkey roast with a glass of red which she really enjoyed. We will visit again. Can't recommend highly enough. I'd suggest phoning in advance since we had the choice of getting there in 10 or waiting until after 3 to eat.”

“Amazing food, great beers and cocktails and fun atmosphere. The dumplings are incredible, as is the karaage mushrooms. We've been here lots and will definitely be back again.”

“We ordered the mix grill for 4. I love how authentic this place is, especially with all the locals that come here. The mix grill is definitely more than enough to feed 4 and you get to try everything, which is what I like to be able to do. All the meats were nicely seasoned and not dry either. The salad was nicely seasoned and goes well with the mixed grill.”

“Go here regularly now, efficient friendly service. Good choice of meals, and all are cooked really well. Also if you want something slightly "off menu" they will happily cook it for you without complaint. IMHO best Indian in Worksop.”

“Amazing food! I had the mac n cheese chips and salad, which was so good! My mum had small fry up which she really enjoyed especially finding a nice cafe that does tinned tomatoes and oatcakes is a plus. Staff really friendly and attentive. Will definitely be by go to cafe now.”

“First time been to this restaurant Chez Lahlou's. We ordered a starter and a main course and we had free chicken wings and garlic breads before the starter and main course. We really enjoyed the meals. The main course was absolutely big portion. Excellent value for every meal we've had. Lovely atmosphere, Cosy and romantic. “A fantastic restaurant with friendly helpful staff, a great atmosphere and absolutely amazing food! We weren't sure how much to order but were advised by the friendly waitress. In the end we ordered 4 tapas plates and 2 tacos between 2 of us and we're very full when we were done. We also had 3 margaritas which were delicious. Can't recommend Pellizco enough. We will be returning.”

“I really couldn't fault this lovely hotel. Room was immaculate and spacious, plenty of coffee, tea and bottles of water. Lovely sitting area by the bedroom window to look out onto the river. Breakfast was fantastic with so much to choose from. I would highly recommend.”

“Pleasant, independent Italian coffee shop and restaurant. You can order pizza or pasta (homemade with local ingredients) alongside a coffee for less than the cost of a shipped-in panini at other places. Also do a variety of salads and sandwiches.”

“Fantastic restaurant for a special occasion! Had a 7 course taster menu with paired wines and everything was beautifully presented and tasted great. This is a bit on the expensive side but worth a visit for a special night. Service was excellent and the staff really know their wines! The place had a very homely feel yet still very posh!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Every time I ring with a different request they deliver. If u want something different to the standard menu, just give them a bell. Seriously, it’s the best u can get delivered. Even if they are busy, if u need it quick they deliver and it’s always absolutely bang on. Never leave a review but they deserve a good ‘en”
