The carvery was unreal, so many different things to choose from, 4 different meats (you get nice thick cuts of meat, not just thin pieces!). The environment and staff were also great. “Can’t comment on the hotel but just had Sunday lunch, we got the platter for 2 and the portion is amazing! Could have easily fed 3 people. Beef was a little too well done for me (that’s just personal preference) but they’ll chicken was well seasoned and the pork belly melted in your mouth! Amazing service from Simon and the team!
